Avoid this hotel at all costs. Before arrival, the hotel messaged me asking for a direct bank transfer to a Mexican account to secure my reservation. When Expedia called to investigate, the hotel hung up on them, saying they didn’t speak English. I wanted to cancel but couldn’t—my booking was nonrefundable. At check-in, they charged me more than my confirmed price on Expedia. I contacted Expedia, who tried calling while I stood at reception, but staff refused to answer. A sign at the desk advertised the same room for half the price, but they said the promotion didn’t apply because I booked on Expedia. Our room had no toilet seat. Staff claimed all bathrooms were like that, but two family members staying at the hotel confirmed theirs had seats. Staff then admitted mine was broken by the previous guest but refused to replace it. My young daughters and I had to use the lobby bathroom the entire stay. That night, there was zero running water in the room’s shower or sink. Staff did nothing. The AC only works with a key card, and you only get one. Every time you leave, the AC shuts off, and the room becomes unbearably hot, taking 45+ minutes to cool down. The AC also leaked water, making the floors dangerously slippery. The towel rack was broken, walls were paper thin, and a light fixture had sharp broken glass sticking out. Reception staff sat watching YouTube, refused to help, and said there’s no manager. My two family members also had miserable stays. Do NOT stay here.

Las habitaciones muy mal estado sucias con animales o chinches en los muebles se quedó sin agua todo el hotel por la mañana y el personal contesta groseramente no es su problema si te hacen perder tu día de trabajo muy despota el personal no lo recomiendo piénsenlo dos veces antes de pasar un mal rato los videos de los animales están en google Maps reseñas

Poco estacionamiento, y en la mañana ya había pocas opciones de desayuno

Bueno pero las habitaciones pequeñas

Por el precio ,no puedes exigir más, la ubicación es buena y el restaurante es limpio los precios son buenos y la comida está rica.

La atencio del personal

El baño de la regadera estaba sucio con mojo y el baño es muy reducido. Apenas cabes para bañarte y usar el inodoro.

Todo bien

Muy mala atención en el hotel, el elevador no sirve y el sistema de aire acondicionado no funciona bien y le haces la observación al encargado y súper groseros y prepotentes.

Una experiencia regular, no muy amables no me mandaron la factura. Estacioné en la calle las habitaciones, un poco por debajo del promedio. Algo deteriorado las instalaciones.

Sentimos agradable la habitación y las instalaciones bien poco estacionamiento pero bien

Muy buen hotel para gente que va de trabajo a la ciudad

La persona de recepcion sin ganas de atender, muy despota. El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento. Me dieron habitacion en el piso 3 y no sirve el elevador. No quisieron ayudar con el equipaje a bajrlo por la escalera. Les pedi un taxi y no quisieron llamar a nadie. Muy mal el servicio no vuelvo.

El hotel es bastante económico aunque está lejos del centro vale la pena aún cuando se pague taxi para ir al centro. Los cuartos están bien aunque les falta una pintada porque tiene muchas manchas en las paredes

Nesesitan tener el restaurante abierto todos los días ya que no ai nada alos alrededores

Todo estuvo bien y el servicio en general estuvo bien tambien.
