Although they did not speak English, (translator did the trick) the staff and the owner were extremely friendly accommodating and very ,very helpful.

I do not have any kids that traveled with me so i can not comment on that.

O atendimento da Pillar e de toda sua equipe é nota 1000, muito solícitos e prontos a ajudar. A cama é excelente. O hotel é longe do centro e com uma subida longa, que desanima demais após 1 dia inteiro de trilha. O chuveiro demora a esquentar, o que é ruim pq se desperdiça muita água. Apenas garanta que NAO pegará um quarto virado pra rua. É impossível descansar por causa do barulho de carros e das buzinas infernais todo tempo. Não dormi bem nenhum dia sequer.

Our host was an absolute angel. We had a tour company for a trek not pick us up and the host went out of her way to get ahold of them and help us to find another trek to go on. She was so sweet and worked so hard. The hostel was so clean, had a balcony, food options and truly I would visit again just because of our host. We will forever remember Hostel Golden Killa

The host is very nice and the hospitality was great. The beds are nice cause they arent weighted blankets. Which as an american I never like to use. The room is quiet and the breakfest is good enogh. Its not too far from from downtown. Maybe a 15 min walk.
