Staff are excellent in special Sandra, she try to help us all time, rooms are excellent about the breakfast need to change to buffet like before.Actually we need improvement in the breakfast. Thanks

Wonderful hotel. Great room, good food and friendly staff. My 3rd visit to Tarapoto and by far the best place I have stayed here. I will rebook for my next visit.

The grape juice at the desk when we checked in was a refreshing surprise!

La habitación básica. Cama chica pero cómoda. Los artículos de limpieza de muy mala calidad. Jabonera liquida sin jabón y a cambio colocaron un jaboncito que acabó siendo pésimo. No dan shampoo, felizmente llevé el mío. No hay secadora de cabell. Me pasé 10 min de la hr del desayuno y no me pasaron ni ese tiempo. Ya insistiendo me dieron un vaso de jugo. Solo es de 7 a 9am. La piscina ridículamente chica sin espacio para reposar o siquiera sentarse a secarse pq las mesas del restaurante están al lado. Impensable usarla. Gimnasio sin aire acondicionado y a más de 30 grados es brutal.

The breakfast is not a buffet breakfast and it does not have many options. I found ants in my room eating my almonds, nuts and raisins that I bought. The property is old, I think it needs some updates.The front desk lady was very nice she gave me a drink of some local fruit, the weather was close to 100 F. The property offers taxi to the airport for free, that was a plus.

Buena ubicación. El personal muy amable. Las habitaciones son limpias y confortables. El desayuno es bastante bueno. Volvería en otra ocasión.
