年越しを過ごしました。 クスコのカウントダウンはラテンの乗りらしく激しく盛大でしたが、ホテルは一歩路地に入った所だったので、カウントダウンを満喫したのち、安全に戻れ静かに過ごせました。 しかし、朝食はがっかりでした。 冷たい物しか基本なく、唯一温かかったほうれん草のキッシュに主人はあたってしまい、2日ほど食中毒？下してしまいました。

周辺の一般ホステルの3倍の価格だったがそれほどのものだとは思わなかった。 着いた当初はホットシャワーが出ずに、シャワーは浴びなかった。クスコの７月の夜はかなり冷え込みヒーターが部屋にあり期待したが、名ばかりで全然温かくならなかった。マチュピチュに行くのに荷物を無料で預かってくれることと、朝食が良かったこと、スタッフは英語も話せ誠実に対応してくれるがこの値段であれば当然で、あまりお勧めはしない。

Great staff

Hotel Rumi Punku was a wonderful place to stay! The location is excellent, with a quick, safe, easy walk to the central plaza, plus lots of nearby restaurants, shops and markets. It was also an excellent location for walking up to Christo Blanco for an amazing lookout over the city and the amazing Inca site Sacsayhuaman. The staff were friendly, kind and happy to provide recommendations, directions and even an umbrella if needed! Breakfast was wonderful. Unlimited access to hot water and teas was so helpful, as well as the filtered water available for free. Rumi Punku was absolutely beautiful, with a great feel, lots of fountains, plants, terraces for sitting out on. I stayed here before and after hiking the Inca Trail. I greatly appreciated being able to leave my bags here. It was such a welcome refuge to come home to after the workout of the Inca Trail. I will absolutely stay here again if I ever have the opportunity!! Muchas gracias!

This place is everything I was hoping for and more! The hotel is beautiful. It’s clean, and it has the most delicious breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. Our room had a lovely view of the neighborhood; we were on the fourth floor. The hotel also has so many spaces to hang out and relax. The location is super convenient, and everything is within walking distance. They even offered us a free pick-up taxi when we arrived. We also did laundry a couple of times during our stay. The bed and bathroom were very comfortable, and it was so quiet that we slept great. Most importantly, the staff was amazing. Every single person at the hotel was professional, helpful, and friendly. If I go to Cusco again, I will definitely book this place again, and I highly recommend it.

The hotel is in a good location in the San Blas neighbourhood; very quiet. The room was very comfortable. The staff are friendly, and there is security 24/7. Filtered cold water and hot water/tea station was always available. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room was spacious and felt very clean. There was a fountain out front to fill your water bottle or hot water available in the lounge. Breakfast was good and contained your standard hotel continental options for hotels in Peru. Overall good stay.

Location, clean rooms with excellent amenities, courteous staff and nice breakfast stood out. They kindly stored our luggage while we went out for the city tour. Great place to stay in Cusco…we enjoyed our stay a lot!

This is a beautiful little hotel 5 min walk from the Plaza de Armas. Great staff and just a nice place to be located.

The hotel is beautiful! The room was spacious and very clean. Hot water for every shower. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. We loved staying here. They also give you lots of pillows for the bed, which we loved and have heating! We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone trying to decide where to stay in Cusco. You won’t be disappointed, it’s an awesome place! We would definitely stay again!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were very cleaned. Hot water available 24 hours. Breakfast in the morning is a big plus.
