Really enjoyed Clipper Shipp and will probably return. Love that the room includes stove/oven, full sized fridge. Ideally there would be more counter space for food prep and a kitchen sink would be helpful. Besides that, loved my stay. Pay for the beautiful view and enjoy a home cooked meal. Unique spot. Would recommend

This is an older place with good efforts to be cleanand functional. Very convenient for a halfway point on our drive to Cape Breton and a beautiful location with beach access. Beds are comfy. Does its job perfectly well but certainly not luxurious.

All the basics were met! Enough dishes; silverware; towels etc. Even the variety of COFFEE PODS!!! Door locks and latches… lights automatically on and dusk.Parking at your front door. No complaints here! … and the view” Spectacular “.

Older motel but very cute, cozy and quaint. Beautiful view. Very nice staff. She actually came and helped us with the tv to find the baseball game. Would love to come back.

Fly infestation in my room. Not worth the price

The best part of this motel is the location. Loved the views of the ocean. The room felt dated and in bad need of updating.

Marvelous stay

Very clean!! Sunset and sunrise are beautiful from this location. Room had everything we needed!! Only thing missing was conditioner and body cream

Very dated with some mold issues

Been coming here for years. Excellent location on the Bay. Ocean and sometimes fog. Prices are climbing though. Great big balconies and full apartment style units. Great viewing from the balcony.

It is very dated and tired looking

Resort was good, but changed a bit since under new management. We were on top floor and people below us kept complaining because sand fell between the cracks or the deck, as if that was our fault.

The views and outside area are stunning. Having more outside propane fire tables would be amazing The outside seating areas and access to the beach are incredible
