The room lacked many of the little conveniences that are common in most other hotels. It was ok for a 1 night stop over.

The room itself was fine, but the overall experience was frustrating. Although there is an office on-site, there is no receptionist available in the building. Instead, guests must use a self-service machine for check-in and check-out. After paying my security deposit, the machine failed to provide the room key as it was supposed to. I had to call the property’s phone number, and a staff member came over from the hotel/building across the street to bring me my key. She was helpful and understanding, especially since I had questions about the amount I had paid and there was no one available on-site to assist me. Before checking out, I called again to confirm the process for receiving my security deposit refund. Unfortunately, the receptionist I spoke with was very impatient. When I politely asked for her name so I could note who I had spoken with, she sighed audibly and hung up on me. I had to call back to get her name, which she said was Sandy. The lack of on-site staff, poor customer service during checkout, and noise coming from inside the walls made for a stressful stay. I also didn’t sleep well because of the noise. Overall, it was a nerve-racking experience, and I would not stay here again.

We had a small issue with the tub drain and sent an email. Within 5 minutes someone was there to help. Everything was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

This is a quaint little motel in a quiet area. The room was undersized, but it was clean. The bathroom had a shower with no tub. The shower curtain was too narrow for the shower, so water on the floor was inevitable. Also no place in the shower to put the soap or shampoo, or the wash cloth. There was no microwave or coffee perk, so nothing hot to eat or drink. The fridge did not work at all, even when turned up to “max”, and there was no ice bucket or place to get ice…. So nothing cold either. I was disappointed about all these things, but at least it was clean.

La réception se fait de manière automatisée, ce qui est un peu perturbant. Certes, il n'y a pas eu d'accroc, et il y avait la possibilité de rejoindre une personne par téléphone en cas de souci, mais c'est très impersonnel. La machine à café dans la salle de réception est super fun. Il aurait été apprécié de pouvoir avoir le micro-ondes dans la chambre

Was nice and quiet. Easy to use kiosk. There was no hot water in bathroom sink.

Room was clean . Handy for loading and unloading like most motels . Bathroom on the small side. Coffee machine in lobby made decent coffee! Decent value for a night travelling through.

Room was lovely and clean, and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the check in and out was easy. Will definitely recommend and stay there again.

Unusual but efficient automated checkin was slick. Room seemed fresh and new, like we were the first guests ever. Easy to find, park and explore RdL that evening
