Good to stay

I don't know that Expedia has air BNB room. I don't know it is not hotel. It's a home, so it is not private and sound proof. When I arrived in the evening, I cannot see the home address clearly, the light is dimmed. But the owner is very nice and helpful. Also the share bathroom. I like it so far. Thank you for the owner hospitality.

Owners son was still there waiting even though I was late for check-in. All information provided in advance. Mini fridge in common area for use but none in the room. Private bathroom was very nice to have. Clean and cozy.

I was surprised to find a cleaning fee that only appeared on the receipt. It would be helpful if all fees were shown upfront or included in the amount quoted by Expedia. Unfortunately, the property was not very clean. There was hair and mold in the bathroom. When guests are paying extra for cleaning, a higher standard should be expected.

No TV was weak.

Hosts were prompt and greeted me, my room and bed were so comfortable and shower was great and clean. Hosts were so welcoming and made you feel welcome.

Good location, great atmosphere and indeed a cozy stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating.

Grace and Steven were awesome hosts—super friendly and attentive. The place was quiet, clean, and in a great location. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again!

Steve was helpful. He even loaned me his fan when I found my room too warm. It would be helpful to have something that makes their property easier to find. Maybe a decorative flag at the front gate would help?

I didn’t like cuz property owners live in the property

Arrived to property around 9:30pm. I advised the property owners what my schedule was in detail. No light on outside of house so I did not know it was the correct place. Finally a woman came out and was very sullen questioning me on who I was. I told her I texted my plans which I always do. She claimed she never got the text and then when it pushed her a little she then said “ oh, Expedia goes to my husbands email and he got it. Who is going to show up by Uber at 10 pm in a strange neighborhood with a reservation?? Ridiculous and no soap in shower

Only have shared bathroom not a bathroom by myself.

The Bed was a platform with a 2 inch foam mattress and the bed was held together with Duct Tape. First staff spoke no English... There was no Breakfast or the use of the two Kitchens or Refrigerators. No personnel was there in the AM. Bath was down the hall for 4 rooms. I left about 10:30 AM because no one was around... What the HELL are you offering here for the HIGH Price ???
