客室は暖かく綺麗でお湯のでも良い、スタッフは若く英語が通じ意思疎通できた。最大の利点は廊下に設置のウォーターサーバー、好きな時に好きなだけ補充可能、炭酸でないのも良い。へたに瓶の水等置かれても扱いに困るだけ。

Perfect location for Old Town. Bed comfortable. The air-conditioning unit was fantastic! Was so hot outside but room was perfectly cool. Rare for hotels to get it right. Only improvement would be a few more sachets of coffee.

I know you get what you pay for, but in the year 2026, certain things need to work and function within reason. The WiFi throughout this hotel, specifically my room, was non existent. Literally no signal. If you need WiFi for anything during your stay then you should find another hotel. I checked out after my first night even though I booked the room for two days, telling the front desk I cannot do my work without WiFi and that I needed to find another hotel. Her response was just “ok”. No apology or concern shown. Additionally, when I arrived for check in at 8 pm the office door was locked, no employee in sight with 4 people waiting outside also wanting to check in. Someone eventually showed up 15 minutes later.

Basic in every way. Basic welcome, basic room, but the breakfast was so basic it was non-existent. Apparently the kitchen was closed, so no option for dinner in late arrival, or breakfast on any of the mornings of the stay. I wouldn’t have minded except this was not pre advised on hotels.com or within the welcome emails, so it came as a total surprise.

The rooms are basic and slightly outdated but clean. The main issue I had was with breakfast, there is a limited range of food available but the food that is available is fine. It’s buffet style but for the days I was there when food was gone it wasn’t replenished very quickly, or at all. The staff member was very quick to ask your room number but wasn’t quick to replenish the food. Apart from that the stay was what I expected. Great location right on the edge of old town. Very easy to walk everywhere.

I loved this stay. My room was clean, spacious and the shower was good too. I loved the view from my window. The buffet-style breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food that I could eat in accordance with my dietary needs. The staff were polite, professional and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Det bästa med hotellet är dess unika centrala plats mitt i gamla vackra centrum och att där är gratis bevakad parkeringsplats. Jag har bott där i över 30 år när jag passerar Lublin.

Excellent location with a great view of the Old City. A little dated room, but clean. Everything was functional and working. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A beautiful hotel in a historical building, so clean one could lick the floor, the breakfast to die for, AND a spa, to say nothing of the super-friendly staff. My room had a view, it was simple but cozy, quiet, and, again, super-clean.

Ho già soggiornato in questo hotel in passato e avevo qualche dubbio. Ora posso confermare che la prossima volta sceglierò un'altra struttura. I letti singoli sono davvero troppo stretti e, se si desidera una camera con letto matrimoniale, il prezzo è esagerato. La TV non funzionava e il Wi-Fi è molto lento. Per il costo della colazione, sinceramente, da chi come me mangia solo dolce, mi aspettavo decisamente di più: poca scelta e qualità bassa. Il parcheggio auto è molto caro, anzi, carissimo.

Bon et joli hôtel, idéalement bien placé pour visiter la vieille ville et le château avec la superbe chapelle de la Ste Trinité. Des escaliers d'une trentaine de marches juste devant l'hôtel et on se retrouve à 2 ou 3 minutes du château et de l'entrée de la vieille ville. Nombreux restaurants tout à côté.

Hôtel idéalement placé en bas du pont entre le château de Lublin et la porte Grodzka. Établissement coquet et petit déjeuner typique avec vaste choix. Cadre très agréable.

Non ho usufruito della SPA, quindi non posso fornire informazioni a riguardo. Tuttavia, l'hotel è pulito e la colazione è abbondante. Essendo fuori stagione, l'ho trovato costoso rispetto alle dimensioni del letto e della stanza.

This hotel is a gem. Well taken care of, clean, friendly, comfortable, quiet, and offers an excellent spread for breakfast. There is also a nice bar for those who would like a nightcap.
