中心地まで鉄道で3駅で到着なのでとても便利。ホテルの裏口と駅が隣接しているのでストレス無しで移動ができました。トイレの電球が切れていたのでわざわざ外してわかる様に置いておいたのに切れた電球がそのまま設置されていたのは残念でした。123号室です。

Roo. Was clean , staff friendly

Stains on sheets and pillow cases unclean bathroom with hair everywhere. Moved to another room even worse with no tv cabinet removed eith gross biohazard liquid on floor. 3rd room offered tiny inoperable tv - no batteries in remote- terrible

Hotel was clean, although dated. Definitely in need of an update - especially the sofa, carpet, bathtub and wallpaper, but the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was clean but it shows it’s age. It’s basic but the bed was comfortable. The room did not have a phone and it was impossible to reach the front desk when calling the phone number.

Terrible stay. Room smelled like weed, tried to open the window and that was broken. Was woken up at 3am to the people in the room next to us trying to open the adjoining door and banging on the walls. When we tried to call the front desk we learned the phone was broken. The sink in the bathroom had a broken faucet so that ran all night, which was the least of our problems at that point.

The front desk staff was extra kind.

Room was fine but took over an hour to get checked in because of an issue between hotel and Expedia

We just spent five wonderful nights at Amenida Residences & Hotel in Calgary, and it exceeded every expectation! The staff were truly exceptional—friendly, helpful, and always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, their service was outstanding and made us feel right at home. This place offers unbeatable value for money in Calgary. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with convenient amenities like free parking, an indoor pool, and easy access to the C-Train right next door. Its location near Chinook Centre, Stampede Park, and downtown makes it super practical without breaking the bank. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Calgary and highly recommend Amenida Residences & Hotel to anyone looking for great quality at an affordable price. You won’t find better bang for your buck in the city! (5/5 stars – Highly recommended!)

If you are in town for a few nights this place is really good for the price, nicer than other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area or downtown in the price range. The building looks newly renovated and staff were friendly. I accidentally brought the key cards too close to my phone one night which deactivated the magnetic strip but the lady at the desk happily re-activated them for me & gave me the heads up. Didn’t use the restaurant, pool or gym or other facilities since this wasn’t needed in my stay, but everything in the room worked and the room was clean. TV, shower etc. We got a room with only 1 bed and I think there was supposed to maybe be a couch in the big empty area based on the pictures but however, understanding that the building was still undergoing some changes & we didn’t need the couch for our stay it was fine. The vending machine had a good selection for snacks and bottled water however some of my coins did not work & I found it a bit confusing on how to use the debit for the vending machine but that might just be me. There’s a convenience store across the street so no big deal. The towels could have been a bit bigger in the bathroom and sort of wish there was a face cloth and that the toilet was newer - but overall it was good for the price & I was happy & we would stay there again for more trips into Calgary.
