中心地まで鉄道で3駅で到着なのでとても便利。ホテルの裏口と駅が隣接しているのでストレス無しで移動ができました。トイレの電球が切れていたのでわざわざ外してわかる様に置いておいたのに切れた電球がそのまま設置されていたのは残念でした。123号室です。

Our room was clean. The a/c wasn't working but the staff brought a portable unit very promptly!

Looks like the sheets were not washed when we checked in. Dirty! YUK!

Was very disappointed in our stay! Room was not stocked as should be. Front desk lady was hard to understand and did not know where or what the Saddledome was as we were attending a concert there. Location was great for C-train access but said lady could not seem to direct us to closest terminal. Will not be staying there again.

Stayed May 25 to May 29. Rooms do not have air conditioning instead they had a portable air conditioner that ran constantly. Carpet had several stains of unknown origin. There were no room darkening curtains only a thin white curtain which did not block the light. There was no elevator. Had to get Staff to carry bag down a set of stairs...not good!!! No restaurant on site. And the best was a worn out thread bare couch that i wouldn't let my dog sit on so disgusting. Staff were very nice.

Bed was very comfortable and staff is very friendly, however, Macleod Trail in front of the hotel is very busy and noisy day and night. The photos of the bathroom and gym did not reflect the photos shown on Expedia or their website. The bathtub and sink had seen better days and the gym had out-of-service equipment. The hotel was full so there weren't other options. The pool is rented out to swimming classes so it may not be available at all times.

Room was very clean. Lots of parking. They accommodated my request to be near my friend's room. Overall happy.

No ice machine, water or pop machine. Handle was broken off the sink tap when I checked in they fixed after I brought it up though but constantly leaked after. Kids were excited for the pool we went to find a full pool of swimming lessons going on so don’t plan to use the pool. Bring your own pillow they weren’t great. Room was a bit smaller than most I’ve seen. Place to sleep however I’d spend the extra money to stay somewhere else next time

Excellent stuff and, very good experience

The hotel is okay for a quick overnight. Our room was clean. It didn’t have a coffee pot but had coffee pods. The bed was hard and the pillows went from very full and fluffy looking to totally deflated in to time.

Definitely an old property with the rooms showing their age. The couch was well past its lifespan and needed to be steam cleaned. The bed was too soft which didn’t give a great nights sleep. The toilet was made for a short person with a petite bum! lol Will try another place when back in Calgary

There was no fridge in the room. Otherwise it was okay.

Very small room and bathroom…did not like the brown rug. Hotels should not have rugs anymore!

Good overall

Our experience was one of the best we had. Staff was friendly, there was alot of parking, there businesses around that were easy to get to.

I mean, you get what you pay for. I was trying to save a bit of $ and the property is a bit weird and tired. The good: the room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the shower had good hot water pressure... but otherwise this is an old Holiday Inn that is showing its age. Some of the things that were not so good: there is no elevator from the lobby to the rooms, you have to go up or down one flight of stairs to get to the rooms (but once on a room floor, there is an elevator). A staff member helped me with my luggage. There was a portable AC unit on the floor in the room, venting out the window via a flexible pipe. It was very cold outside during my stay and the room needed heat - but the heat was not working. Error code on the keypad display, not responding to controls. Front desk sent someone to help, she ended up bringing me a small portable heater to heat the room. It wasn't just my room that had this problem, I saw her bring one to another room too. Only two bath towels room provided, no hand towels, no washcloths. Torn shower curtain. Free use of laundry machines but you must have your own soap, etc. - they do not sell or provide it. It wasn't an unpleasant stay overall, you just need to have realistic expectations.
