Very disappointing stay overall. There were multiple basic issues that shouldn’t occur at any accommodation: On arrival at reception, dogs began barking aggressively, which is not a great first impression or appropriate for guests. Walking to the room, the grounds were littered with cigarette butts, giving a poor sense of cleanliness and upkeep. In the room, when I turned on the wall fan, the safety grill fell off and dust and debris blew everywhere. This is both a cleanliness and safety concern. Overall, the lack of maintenance and attention to basic presentation was well below expectations.

The room was very clean and the shower was amazing. This motel is getting very, very tired and needs some maintenance - crumbling walls etc however it is in a handy position on the main road with good wide parking bays for bigger cars.
