Wonderful✨We want to stay again!!

Overall experience at the steveson waterfront was excellent. The hotel was beautiful, the location was quiet with lots of local restaurants. I will definitely stayed at this hotel next time i visit.

Great location in sunny Steveston. Check-in is all digital and worked fine.

Excellent location to Fisherman's Wharf- 3 minute walk to pubs and restaurants. Parking was very easy and the virtual check-in was perfect.

- late check in after 4pm we had to wait 45minuted and once we went to room it smelled heavily of cleaning products and we have a baby - flys and bugs all in around the room - curtains fell down when i opened them - rooms are NOT cleaned!! - no clear way to contact reception

We love the view as it is located right in front of the water. This place is clean and beautifully renovated. Strongly recommended!

A bit of a mixed experience. The room is modern, comfortable and well fitted out. The WiFi is excellent. The location is amazing - great views and just a few of minutes walk from excellent bars, cafes and restaurants. It is also a very quiet neighbourhood. The downsides are that, as far as I could work out, the aircon is actually either heat or fan. There is no cooling. Also the exposed pipework in the ceiling is sometime is use! So you can hear toilets flushing, showers etc. Lastly, there was a beeping noise from the bathroom (15 rapid beeps at 5 minutes past the hour - every hour!!)

The rooms are new and perfect for a family.

My family and I absolutely loved this property as well as the entire Steveston area. Our 2-bedroom suite was perfect! My only piece of feedback about the accommodation is that we didn’t like the Nespresso coffee maker in the room, but there are at least a dozen wonderful coffee shops within walking distance, so that wasn’t a big deal. Our only issue with the stay was the check in process. We had requested early check in and had to call several times to finally access our room. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and locked up our luggage while we waited for the room and explored the town, and once we were able to access the room, the luggage had been delivered and was in the room waiting for us :)

Excellent location by the water in a quiet tourist community. The guest service was responsive on a timely manner, overall had a good experience with family during our stay.

I loved everything about the Steveston Waterfront Hotel however the parking was a bit inconvenient. After calling the support number it turns out that Steveston Waterfront has two buildings, Port and Starboard and our ground level suite was in the Port but the secure underground parking is located in the Starboard building. Its a bit of a hike when you're hauling luggage. However, once I figured out that there is above ground parking right beside the Port building with 3 hr parking made it much handier to unload/load your luggage from that spot. You can park on the street after 6pm, otherwise its only 3 hr parking. Underground secure parking was $25/day; a bit pricey, wish it was included in hotel price but being from out of town didn't want to take a chance with my vehicle as I had a long journey ahead of me still. The support was very helpful and responded quickly. For some reason the digital code malfunctioned and I got locked out of our room briefly but a quick call to support resolved it with a backup code and all was good. The rooms are awesome, very clean and roomy and great location as very walkable distances for everything in Steveston. Having a kitchenette is a great too. I'd definitely stay there again. Its a beatiful place right on the water! Doesn't get bet than that!

nice ambiance

Really liked to be away from the City yet close to commute. Steveston is great getaway part of Vancouver.

The rooms are nice. There isn’t a front desk. Everything is via messages & email. It was okay. It’s a great location along Steveston waterfront.
