Nos atendieron muy bien, las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y nos dieron solución a detalles que necesitábamos de manera muy rápida. Mi sugerencia sería que el personal estuviera más atento al realizar la limpieza en el área del baño. Retiramos una telaraña grande en la regadera que se notaba llevaba varios días ahí. Fuera de eso odo muy ben

El precio pagado no se justifica con la calidad recibida. Habitacion bonita. Empolvada y con arañitas muertas. La estancia estuvo llena de inconvenientes: * Lejos del andador: Ubicación muy desfavorable. * Falta de mantenimiento: Instalaciones descuidadas, ambiente desolado y empolvado. * Playa abandonada: Cero servicios disponibles. * Servicios fallidos: Restaurante con mal servicio, iban a llamar personal de otro hotel. La TV no funcionaba. * Molestias: Caminos oscuros a las escaleras y ruido excesivo de una retroexcavadora. En resumen: Una gran decepción por el costo. Lo Positivo: La chica y el joven de recepción muy amables.

Pésimo lugar para hospedarte huele horrible la playa nunca se hospeden en este lugar

Hôtel avec potentiel mais qui mérite un nettoyage plus approfondi : dessous climatiseur sale + cousins terrasse en très mauvais état. Le coffre dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas et n'est pas fixé. Les Sargasses sont retirées devant tous les autres hôtels mais laissées devant le Luna d'où une odeur désagréable.

La propiedad esta muy limpia, estancia agradable . La habitación fue genial para mi estancia. Lo unico malo es el sargazo en su lugar de playa y obviamente se tenía que buscar otro lado para poder ingresar al mar

Mejor temporada de Diciembre a Abril. No hay zargazo

mantenimiento a las bancas que se encuentran fuera de la habitación, los nacionales también merecemos habitaciones dignas.

Las fotos que presentan del club de playa son totalmente falsas, no se puede uno meter, mucho sargazo sin limpiar, mientras que en algunos otros lugares de la misma playa si limpian, en el hotel ni les imposrta

We booked 7 nights at Hotel Luna de Plata but stayed 6 due to transportation changes. Sadly, the property feels abandoned. The lobby furniture is worn out, paint is peeling from the walls, and the front area is broken, unshaded, and even gets wet when it rains. The restaurant has been closed for over a year (something Expedia has not updated), so there is no food service and not even drinking water for guests—we had to buy our own. At check-in, instead of a warm welcome, we were given a lecture about hotel rules, which left a poor first impression. During our stay, only three people were working with guests, including an excellent housekeeper who did her best, but overall the staff felt insufficient for the size of the property. On the positive side, the room was spacious, with a nice balcony and view. The quiet location at the far end of the Mahahual strip was convenient for relaxation, away from vendors and crowds. We adapted by buying a cooler for drinks, and nearby Bar Luna (great seafood) plus a corner store were very helpful. Still, the first impression was disappointing compared to the online photos (clearly from the hotel’s better days), and the nightly rate was overpriced for the condition of the property. Considering everything, both the hotel and Expedia should compensate guests for misleading information.

No hay opciones de alimentos y la cama relativamente cómoda pero habían hormigas

Nice hotel across the street from the beach. A bit of a walk to the center of town but not too far.

El hotel es muy lindo y se está restaurando gradualmente, por lo que no hay restaurante/bar. El inconveniente es que es que la WiFi no llegaba a mi habitación . Las toallas no las cambiaron pese a que sí se solicitó su cambio y el último día, no arreglaron la cama, pues quitaron la sabana que cubría colchón.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec la plage et les bons avis mis sur hôtel.com. Nous avons été très déçus. La plage en face de l'hôtel n'est pas propre, ainsi que les alentours de l'hôtel. Il y a des Sargasses, et les transats ne sont pas en bon état. La chambre que nous avions était petite, humide (rien ne séchait dans la chambre), et le mobilier pas du tout au goût du jour. Ne parlons pas de la SDB d'un autre âge avec des robinets en fer complètement émaillés, des joints sales. La literie était correcte. Aucune restauration à l'hôtel. L'hôtel est excentré de toutes les animations de Mahahual (on est au centre en 5,6 mn à pied mais quand on le fait plusieurs fois par jour, ça peut devenir pénible). Bref, nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.
