Chambres propres, petit déjeuner très bien, mais des fois pourrait mieux faire, sinon le restaurant moi je le déconseille Pour le reste très bel hôtel nettoyage très satisfaisant propre, je le recommande

Beautifully designed and well maintained hotel, we had a great time relaxing at the pool and took a 10 minute walk towards the promenade. We also used the parking lot included in the price. Breakfast is rich and tasty, incl. live cooking with eggs, omelette etc. A nice touch was a Moroccan tea served at the breakfast as well as at the check-in. Check-in was smooth and friendly, we were warmly welcomed by Souleiman. We had 2 connected rooms with a partial sea-view and pool-view. One of the rooms was fresh and spotlessly clean, the other one was not: bathrobes were evidently used before, slippers were missing in this room, bed-sheets didn't feel fresh, didn't smell nice. Twice I asked for an iron, it never arrived. Overall, we had a great time and would surely return.

Très bon hôtel , le seul inconvénient est qu’ils font les chambres jusqu’à fin de journée donc lorsqu’on rentrai dans l’après midi la chambre n’était souvent pas encore faite alors que les serviettes avaient été retiré mais pas remis de nouvelle donc pas pratique, obligé d’en réclamer au femme de chambre dans les couloirs. Mise à part ça c’est un très bon hôtel, propre, grande piscine et très bon petit dej.

Tout est top, sauf oreiller un peu trop gros matelas, trop ferme, il manque fer à repasser dans les chambres. Sinon excellent et peut-être rajouter un verre dans la salle de bain pour pouvoir poser nos brosses à dents de dentifrice.

Trois. Ascenseurs difficile de se retrouver dans les couloirs.

Not a 5 star hotel for sure , I would give it a 2.5 star hotel . Rooms were just ok nothing spectacular. Although I had their premium suite , thier room cleaning was not the best either . Management needs a lot of training

Avoid at all cost very rude staff. They will try to charge you for unnecessary extras as I booked a double bed room and they forced me to pay additional fees during the check in almost half of the cost of the nightly rate for having a second person with me. The ac doesn’t work in the room and not safe parking as it’s across from the property. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!

Breakfast was ok, not exactly a wide selection. Amenities are great but I wouldn’t say it is a 5star service.

Room was again needed to be cleaned as the bathroom needs to be cleaned with bleach Was extremely noisy as the room was above the play room and some people seemed to be making noise intentionally all night

Had to change room - no full pool view and dirty windows Second room had no hot water and had a water leak in the shower Breakfast is great Gym is good Good pool area Some reception staff members can be off

Excellent service. Slimane at reception was excellent. But the WiFi is very poor

Bed not especially comfortable, not much hot water for a shower one evening. Bedroom laminate floor coming apart despite the place being only 2 years old. Wouldn’t stay here again.
