Awful dirty whole house smells of weed which left us with headache as couldn't get rid of smell even with windows wide open. Bed hard no extra pillows towels were so old like sandpaper whole place is a health hazard

Whole building stunk of marijuana, door handle to bathroom came off in my hand, bathroom was filthy - someone’s toothpaste spit still in sink, shower cubicle was stained and unusual so I left without a shower - horrid Never going back, thankfully it was only for one night.

I drew the attention of staff to the cleaning of the room especially the toilet, which was not cleaned during my last visit, because I was in the same room last week. It had not occured before so not sure why.

The whole hotel smelt of cannabis and smoke. the bedroom was even worse, so bad that I had to leave at 1am as I was struggling to breathe in it. If your asthmatic or dont like the very strong smell of smoke I would avoid at all costs. The bedding stank of smoke and couldnt sleep on the pillows as was so bad

All basic needs met. Room commensurate with a budget stay. Good Tea tray, fridge, TV, and microwave. Additional heater Hot shower

Shower & toilet / basin room was clean.Shower was excellent. Towels provided. Very basic no frills but was perfect for my needs. Tea / coffee making facilities, tv , microwave & fridge all provided. Carpet & mattress could do with updating. Was quiet & had a good nights sleep.

Martin was very lovely on arrival but we didn’t expect to be kept up all night by young adults roaming the halls slamming doors every 10 minutes and playing music until 5am. For the price the room was as expected and cleanliness was ok but the facilities are very tired and we didn’t get any sleep

Hotel was easy to locate, my sis got there before me and the staff was prompt at granting access, room was awful, smelt so bad like p** on the carpet! Bathroom was clean which was good but we left immediately I arrive to a different hotel as we could not bear the p** smell of the room! Wasted money, waisted time, ended up being stressed and late for my occasion. Would not recommend!!!

Decent nights sleep and a good place to get your head down for the night.

Only stayed the night for me and my son, Martin was very helpful and very chatty, a really nice chap , very pleasant room perfect for the price and needs we had , great location and will definetly return there for London visits as it's about a mile from station too

Great stay at the hotel, we had a good stay and all the necessary things for a great stay.

Basic room, nice enough staff, uncomfortable bed and pillow. Very noisy , banging doors, talking in corridor. Noisy guests again from before 4am. Decided to get up and leave very early as waste of time trying to sleep.

Super friendly service - we stay in Romford once a year and I wish we’d found this place sooner. Martin is a cracking guy and the price was more than reasonable.
