En general todo muy bien, lo único que no recomiendo mucho es el restaurante the waves, ya que la comida tiende a ser desabrida, pero dejo ser específico al mencionar esto en el menu a la carta el desayuno si es muy recomendable

Hotel em excelente localização, de frente para o mar. Quarto amplo e limpo. Várias opções de restaurantes. Excelente para passar uns dias de férias.

The place and location is great, one of the best beaches in Panama, the real problem with the hotel is the staff, long faces, no solve problem members, they could do better, the food is great, we got the chance to meet the Chef, great energy, always willing to help the guests.

This is a brand new property and construction is still going up all around. If you can ignore that then it’s a very nice property and a great experience. The drive requires a very bumpy back road

la habitación olía a caño, el lavamanos tapado, la cama sonaba terrible. solicitamos en 3 ocasiones q destaparan el lavamanos y nunca asistieron, nos tocaba usar el lavaplatos. muy regular el servicio no se compara con el precio pagado

Buena atencion

The shower head leaked and I reported it right away. After multiple reminders it was never repaired during my 4 day stay. No wash clothes were offered either.

A bit remote but very nice.

They could do better with the cleaning, some of the staff were not helpful at all, the food is great….but the staff experience need to improve.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel feels fresh and modern, and the cleanliness is top-notch. What really stood out, though, was the staff—they were so welcoming and helpful throughout our trip. We’d recommend this place in a heartbeat

Been here many times , never let me down , very kind staff clean rooms , excellent as always

The room needs attention, we received it without towels, the TV was not working right, and the front desk do not answer the calls.

Really enjoyed the stay, Breakfast was great. Only thing was the slightly bumpy 20 min ride to the resort from the main road.

Place was great overall. Pool is very large. The rooms are great, all with balconies facing the ocean and kitchenettes well equipped. There is a little store next to the hotel which is great for snacks and even food to cook in the kitchenettes. Not too expensive either. The staff are nice but not very helpful. I connected with them through WhatsApp and I was then handed off to the “experience manager” who took 3 days to respond and then was not very helpful after that either. We were staying as a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday, I told the front desk and experience manager via WhatsApp and asked if there was anything small that we could arrange for her birthday. I was presented with only one option which was a very expensive private dinner on the beach. After I said that I couldn’t afford that there was nothing else. No little chocolates on the pillows, no card on the bed, or voucher for a free cocktail. No one even said happy birthday to her when we were checking in or eating dinner in the restaurant on the day. They were there to help when you needed them but they really didn’t seem interested in doing much beyond the bare minimum. (Other than writing happy birthday on the plate after I told them it was her birthday again and ordered dessert). Overall beautiful resort, slightly hard to get to, and average service experience.
