Check in closed 6 pm and no one to talk after

Two stars because the check-in total chaos. No keycard. And no staff to resolve it. Room was clean and excellent value - once I got in. But check-in was a disaster.

Ok, the room was nice and clean. Small , narrow beds (Euro sizes :-() . Very clean I gave only 3 starrs becouse bed luck perhaps: i was checking in the night and the key box when my key should be waiting was empty!!! I hade phone problems but was able to contact off hours receptionist ( a+). Got new room, key.. but when i entere i have noticed someone suitcase! Forgotten?? So i had to call again.. got third room key and anice room! Beacouse if the key pick up issue, my key was without paper sleave. Important becouse this is the only info with WI-FI login. I was searching for wi fi info in the room ant there is no such info in the room. I hade no internet in this hotel and learnt about wi fi info next day from the receptionist ( nice guy btw). So 3 stars but could be 5 for this good price. The neighberhood is safe but dead after 9pm ( no open restaurants, cafes with interet etc. Nothing more or less)

Hotelli sijaitsi hieman keskustan ulkopuolella, mutta hyvien liikenneyhteyksien päässä. Metroasemalle oli muutaman minuutin kävelymatka. Huone oli todella siisti ja hyväkuntoinen! :) Hotellin lähellä oli muutamia ravintoloita ja pari ruokakauppaa. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias.
