Bonfires, tons of frogs, adult pool with drinks served to you in the pool was great

Staff are very helpful and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay except noisy air conditioner in the room.

The adult pool and hot tubs were very nice. The rooms were clean. The coffee maker didn’t work on the outlet it was at and the water continued the run into the toilet tank.

Every staff member we interacted with her so helpful and kind. It was a fantastic stay, beautiful views!

Good place

I love that is quiet and peaceful walking the trail to the beach. The staff is also accommodating and friendly. The hotel room furniture and fixture needs a little upgrading. But over all I will come and stay in hotel again.

The pool and jacuzzi area needed further attention. It was desperately in need of renovation.

The Hotel is very nice, the property is beautiful; the room was comfortable and spacious. Sadly, it seems like it has not been well maintained. Some walls on the hall has scratches on, vendor machines does not work and they did not provide at least a bottle of water (you have to buy it everytime), one of the lamps in the room did not work, the water in the shower was extremely hot and couldn't adjust it, and the pool area specially the kids one, is extremely rusty. The washrooms in the kids pool area are disgusting, and the shower in the adults pool is broken; we wanted to order drinks to the pool area and the phone was also broken. The steam room is out of service which is upsetting. The staff is not very friendly except for a few people who really wants to deliver excellent service (the gentleman from Chile in the front desk, one of the bartenders at the restaurant were excellent) . When I did the check in , there were information missing, which made some things a little hard (eg. room charges or deposit) I consider all of these "little" details could be better to ensure the guests experience is complete. The hotel is amazing but could be way much better, however was a good and fun experience in general.

Nice stay. Room felt clean but could use some cleanup in the pools. Tons of frogs and bugs out at night. Food is very good at the restaurant but service was lacking a bit and they said no to takeout at 10:30pm when it’s the only option around.

We didn’t like the bed frames! Were good for hitting your legs! Bathtub was too deep. But staff was very friendly! Enjoyed the outside patio!

Great place, pools are awesome and the trails nearby are great, the room was quite nice and spacious, clean property, but the showers are a mess to figure out, pretty sure theyre some form of broken, and there are kids running up and down the halls in the middle of the night. Wish the outdoor pool was a bit cleaner.

Room is clean, staff was very helpful both at reception and restaurant, facilities are nice including swimming pool, restaurant, small store.. The food in restaurant was nice, only the American coffees we ordered were too light like water, which is not good for a morning start.

It was absolutely stunning. We stayed for 2 days and there was just so many little things to do that kept us busy. Definitely will be coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and a generous size. We appreciated the full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and body lotion, plus they smelled amazing. All of the staff were very friendly, answering our questions and taking time to ask about our day and stay so far. The fitness room had enough equipment to easily do a full body workout plus cardio with a nice view of the grounds. We would definitely come back!
