Habitación limpia, personal muy amable, amplio estacionamiento, me dieron ticket para desayunar sin embargo no lo utilicé ya que tenía una invitación para almorzar con unos clientes pero se agradece ese detalle, mi única observación es una fuga de agua en el sanitario, de ahí en fuera todo bien.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. Travelled with family. The first thing I’ve noticed was the staff. They are truly a 24 hour staff taking care of your needs. The hotel is simple but the rooms are very comfortable. I really liked the contemporary design. Beds are very comfortable! The shower head was excellent! They have free parking that is gated. Again, the staff always monitoring when you come in or go out. They automatically open the gate for you. The pool next to the parking is small but cozy. A very popular place. Great to wind down, especially in this city where it gets very hot! They also do have a small continental breakfast included but it is very limited, and it is not a reason not to stay here. You are within walking distance to restaurants and bars if you feel like having food and/or drinks. The location is also another reason why we really liked this place. Is within a few minutes of downtown and the international bridge to cross back to USA. Again, if you are looking for a new place to try and want to enjoy a local ambiance, this is the place. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff is excellent. The parking is awesome. There is an automatic security gate. The room was clean but the condition was less than expected vs the online photos. There is a charge for the in-room coffee. The complimentary breakfast is a healthy scrambled egg and refried beans with fresh orange juice and coffee. Only a block away from the El Rancho restaurant.
