The hotel is absolutely lovely, well curated, calm, quiet. Our soon, one of the suites, was very comfortable, super clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff were uniformly welcoming, helpful, and informative, making great recommendations for local experiences and guides. The location is perfect, walking distance to many great bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend Octavia Casa.

Lovely place to stay. Within walking distance of downtown Condesa and Roma Norte. Modern finishes. Facilitated transportation to and from the airport. Provided breakfast that used the most fresh and local ingredients. Would definitely stay here again.

The most amazing thing about this property was the staff. Raul, Pepe, and Pablo were unbelievable kind, helpful and supportive. I would recommend this property just because of how wonderful they are. The place is lovely and very modern and clean, in a nice neighborhood, easy access to everything. I missed an opportunity to have the breakfast there because of timing but it looked amazing. Definitely book Octavia Casa for your next visit to Mexico City.

A beautifully designed hotel on a quiet residential street in Condesa, just a few blocks from excellent restaurants and bars. The service is warm and friendly. While the rooms are small, they are well-designed and filled with natural light.

Great accomodation in an exciting and interesting neighbourhood. Angel & Pepe were super helpful with arranging reservations at restaurants and made us feel super welcome each time we returned to our accommodation.
