I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Ancestral. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food at the restaurant was simply exquisite. Can’t wait to return!

Por temas de tiempo no pude ocupar la alberca y el bar, pero en general la atención y servicios son excelentes.

The staff at front desk was awful, one woman was the one there but I don’t remember the name, she didn’t want to help us in the accommodation of 9 people, she charged us $166 per room, even though one person stayed alone. The hotel is beautiful but the rooms were not clean at all. The bar the personal great, the food and drinks were ok.
