I have a complaint about Hotel Terra. First, I never stayed at this so call Hotel, there was never a reservation, the receptionist said also no a computer to checked. Second, the Hotel Terra was not a Hotel like it showed on the pictures. It looked like a dirty motel. I have the picture to show. I felt scammed. I do deserved a Refund. I will need a followed up. On the day I was the Hotel Terra. I tried to get in contact with Expedia by phone to see was a problem with the reservation, could not get in contact with Expedia. no Phone number for Expedia. Like I said I had to come to the USA to make this formal complaint, unforgivable experience with so call Hotel Terra.

Mi amigo no se pudo quedar hay porque decían que no había ninguna reserva y que dueño no tenía conocimiento de la reserva y estoy esperando el reembolso que se me cobró no es justo que no se haya podido quedar en ese hotel o es estafa me tienen que dar una solución de lo que paso y es urgente
