Hola el hotel super lindo, bien cuidado, la Alberca en el roof top excelente!

Muy amable el personal, la habitación es muy linda al igual que todas las instalaciones. La terraza tiene bonita vista. Cuenta con 5 espacios de estacionamiento abierto a disponibilidad. Espero volver pronto, me gustó mucho.

Quiet location about 10 minutes from the main square. Tranquil common areas and the infinity pool is incredible. There was comfortable air conditioning and the bed was lovely. Coffee was available free of charge from reception in the morning.

The staff were great and helpful, rooms super clean and very comfortable beds, they have a nice roof top with pool where you can see the town, the pool was well maintained and provided everything we needed. There’s a restaurant in front of the hotel that serves great food and the lady was so sweet, I’m definitely coming back to this hotel next time I visit

I was very impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the hotel! There is a parking garage that fits about 6 cars max so I would suggest getting to th property early if you are traveling with a car. It was a very quiet stay and the beds were extremely comfortable. I look forward to returning in the future!

The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and welcoming. They kindly accommodated an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The staff were helpful and efficient, especially in arranging transportation to the Guadalajara airport. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.

The room was good staff was ok just had to get an extra room to fit the car in the garage and had to pay 250 extra because the key was lost

La habitación es bellísima, todo excelente en cuanto al cuarto. Pero a pesar que reservamos la Suite al salir te hacen esperar hasta que verifiquen toda la habitación, luego llegaron con unas de las toallas a recepción porque estaba manchada de maquillaje que fue nuestra culpa. Pero esta experiencia nunca me había pasado en ningún hotel y después de pagar $4,000 por una noche, que se pongan tan exigentes con eso es de muy mal gusto

La habitación estaba muy bien camas cómodas y había cobijas extras, toallas de baño y para la alberca, el baño muy bonito y todo limpio, solo hubo un detalle con las llaves de la regadera que una de ellas se caía se podía usar sin problema. El único problema es que entre habitaciones ha mucho ruido y hay huéspedes inconscientes a pesar de que te piden que guardes silencio después de las 10 , hubo huéspedes platicando hasta a las tres de la mañana. Me queda claro que no es culpa del hotel pero si quieres descansar sugiero habitaciones en la planta alta y lejos de las escaleras por el ruido. 10 de 10 la habitación
