良い点、立地、清潔さ、スタッフの対応。カフェやレストランが徒歩圏内に多数ある。大きな公園にも近い。 悪い点、WIFIが部屋では繋がらない、エアコンがない。1階の通路やロビーでは繋がった。部屋にはエアコンの代わりに大きな空調機があるものの、うるさくて使えない。

Hotel quebra-galho, é bem pra quem não se importa com conforto e barulho. Meu caso foi um acúmulo de viagens e realmente não atendeu minhas expectativas, mas, faz parte! Foram simpáticos em cuidar das malas após o checkout, mas isso era o mínimo. Pode melhorar bastante na questão de isolamento acústico, elevador e conforto dos travesseiros.

Everything was excellent EXCEPT the elevator wasn’t working and we got a room on the 4th floor and my mom has a bad back and had trouble getting up the stairs but besides that the staff was amazing and the stay was great

El hotelito es agradable, aunque llamarlo boutique es exagerado. Correcta relación calidad precio. Se oye todo lo q pasa fuera de la habitación y el baño de al lado. Las escaleras, con chapa metálica no ayudan. Pobre wifi en la habitación. Personal amable q ayudaron con el early check in

Tiene todo lo necesario para descansar. Siempre hay alguien al pendiente en recepción y la ubicación excelente.

El hotel en general se veía descuidado. Cosas fuera de su lugar, no servía el elevador, la puerta del baño había ruido, no hubo agua caliente

It was fine, but it was noisy because thy have no carpets on halls or stairs. I was woken up at 2am by somebody banging their way in or out.

El personal increíble, siempre amables y atentos. La habitación muy bien, aunque a mí me tocó en el 4to piso y en la parte de la terraza había como un estractor o algo así que hacía ruido un rato por la noche, es un poco molesto en lo que te acostumbras y lleva equipaje ligero por qué vas a hacer pierna, no hay elevador después del 2do piso. Fuera de eso la ubicación es excelente si quieres estar cerca de reforma, el ángel, la Diana, Chapultepec, etc. Sin duda volveré cuando regrese a CDMX.

Very helpful staff. Front desk people are super cool. My WiFi was fantastic the entire time and the hot water was excellent. Stayed 11 nights.

Wonderful, absolutely wonderful. The room is on a side street so traffic noise was fine. The room was very tastefully decored, very clean, modern. Lovely bathroom, divine shower, nice lighting, really a very pleasant place to spend an evening and morning.
