Utterly incapable of providing the required service standerd. 1. Bad front desk. 2. I don't think I was allotted the room that I had booked and was provided a lower category room. 3. There was no room heating available for us but I saw it was available for the frontdesk staff! Marxism. 4. Poor plumbing and insufficient size of the bathroom water heater

It's a nice hotel with a view of lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. it is a nice hotel but we didn't have WiFi in our room and there was dust on bed and weird smell from bathroom. So it'd be perfect if they can fix those. Overall we had a nice stay
