ウェルカムのディスプレイに名前が入っていてうれしかったです。 あまり時間がなく朝食を楽しむ余裕がなかったのですが、朝食のワッフルはおいしかったです。スタッフさんもフレンドリーで和みました。 チェックアウトの朝は、飛行機にのるために早出で、さらに荷物が多くなり、スーツケースを購入する必要が出てしまい、フロントのスタッフさんが要望を聞いてもらい、深夜にも関わらず、タクシーの手配を引き受けてくれました。 翌朝、タクシーの運転手さんもとてもやさしくこの時はとてもよい人達に出会えたと感じました。 ホテルのスタッフさん皆さんの笑顔がすてきでした。 ありがとう！！

Excellent overall stay, very happy with our choice. Staff was incredibly helpful, and a very nice (Free) breakfast in the morning.

This hotel is new so it is very well kept. Clean, and modern. We really enjoyed the breakfast provided and had so many food options to choose from. We parked with valet but if we were to come back we would park at a self-park because we were in and out a lot and it takes time to get your car. It was inconvenient for us but nice to have the option for others. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the location was walkable and convenient.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel from beginning to end. Before my stay, I tried to cancel one night 48 hours in advance, but the hotel staff told me they couldn’t help because I booked through Expedia. I spent hours trying to reach Expedia by phone with no success, and the online system wouldn’t allow the cancellation either. So I ended up having to go to the hotel. When I arrived, the room had no AC unit, and it was unbearably hot. I barely slept because the room was both overheated and extremely loud. The next morning, I asked the staff to fix the issue, and nothing was done. On top of that, I later found out the hotel does not have a pool, which was one of the reasons I booked it. By then I was exhausted and frustrated. Then, when I received my bill, I was shocked once again — I was charged in US dollars through Expedia even though I was absolutely sure I selected Canadian dollars when booking. This added an unexpected extra cost to an already terrible experience. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. From the lack of support with my reservation to the uncomfortable room conditions, poor service, and unexpected billing, I would not stay here again.

Amazing stay at the Hampton Inn by Hilton Calgary Downtown! The hotel is modern, spotless, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was included and absolutely delicious—possibly the best hotel breakfast we’ve had. Honestly, no complaints at all. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The hotel was great. However the parking was tight and I had to valet for $45 per night or go find paid parking downtown.

Thee most kindest customer service! Every staff member engaged with you. Didn’t matter if they were front desk or cleaning staff! Everyone was beyond friendly!!!! The facility was good. But honestly the customer service made this place amazing!!!!
