ホテル到着時に建物のドアがロックされており、電話で問い合わせたところ、近隣ホテルでチェックインを行うとの説明を受けた。事前に情報があれば時間のロスにならなかった。 宿泊した部屋だけ扉に部屋番号が無く、部屋がわかりにくかった。 ベッドが小さく全体的に使いにくかった。

部屋は綺麗ですが、エレベーターがないので重い荷物を３階まで運ばないといけなかった。階段に板でも良いからスーツケースを転がせるようにすれば、何一つ問題はない。エアコンがないので、お風呂上がりは部屋より、外に出た方が涼しかった。

部屋が綺麗で受付の対応も良かった。朝食も美味しかった。

El hotel es muy bonito, en una casa antigua, solo que la recepción está en otro hotel, así como el servicio de desayuno, pero nos gustó mucho, está muy céntrico, tiene buen espacio.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and we love it. I go to Guanajuato every year and will stay the next year again at this hotel. The location is amazing it’s like in the center of Guanajuato Capital. The staff is always friendly and helpful to what every question or need that we encounter. Free breakfast, good deals on the tours, we always book them with the hotel. I 100% recommend this hotel.

Please be advised they DO NOT have front desk nor Security (please note this). You must check in around the corner in another hotel. Their "balcony view" rooms are not even a true balcony and be prepared to hear all the bars and traffic through the window. They DO NOT have AC as they say, it's just a fan. On my first night there were guests SCREAMING at the lobby so bad that we all could hear them, however when calling to front desk, they didn't do nothing and next day staff members told me: they are the owner's friends so we can't do anything. On the next night someone robbed my in-laws room, when calling to front desk and requested help, they guy came in alone and when I asked: do you have security? He said no. So trust me, even tho is a tourist area YOU WON'T BE SAFE. Outdated building, if you have someone with any kind of special need be advised they don't have elevators, wheelchair assistance or anything like that. Take my word when I say: DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRIP HERE. Worst experience ever.

Great location. Clean rooms. But the noise from the club across the street was too much.

It is absud that this property does not give you check in instructions when you have to check in at a completely different hotel that is down the street The door to the hotel does not have a sign nor does the "sister" hotel telling you about check in. This seems like an easy fix that they are not interested in. Luckily we ran into someone who was staying at the hotel and they guided us to check in. The property is in a greaat location for walking around the city. However it is not so great at night with a club across the street playing music until 2am. Maybe rooms that are not facing the street have less noise? Beds are very hard which is not my preference. Breakfast was ok but felt like a waste with a city filled with delicious options.

Habitación cómoda y ubicación excelente

La ubicación es ideal, aunque el hotel es muy ruidoso por estar justo frente a un antro. La música para hasta las 3 am así que si buscas un lugar para descansar totalmente, creo que no es la mejor opción; de ahí en más, es un lugar ideal para hospedarte.

Breakfast was good

La habitación estaba muy limpia y amplia, cama cómoda, solo baño pequeño. Solo que la pagino no menciona que no tienen recepción propia, todo se hace en otro hotel, en lo personal no me gusto que no se tuviera el servicio de recepción y restaurante en el mismo hotel, la atencion fue buena pero no es el servicio que uno espera en un hotel.

si fuera de los picapiedra hubiera descansando en esos colchones tan duros q tienen son unas piedras o y se iba el internet pro todo lo demas bien.
