El personal fue amable, el cuarto estaba muy limpio. No me agrado que para ingresar siempre tienes que tocar el timbre, por seguridad estaba bien pero desesperaba. Tenía cocineta pero no tenía, sartén, tampoco tiene limpiador de platos y solo había un vaso.

Staying in this property was a terrible decision. My check-in was an awful experience. The person in charge of check-in was super rude (I got 32 minutes before 3.00 PM, and it looks like he was mad about it). The facilities are not even good; the room was only partially clean; I found mold in the bathroom; the fridge is not available; and the bedspread was old and torn. Also, I found a previously used hand towel. I don't recommend this place; you can find plenty of options in the Condesa area with better services and not treated poorly.

La habitación muy sucia sin limpieza y olía muy mal. No tienen ventilación y la persona de recepción me ofendió varias veces y molesto por mi preferencia sexual. Son un hotel clandestino voy a meter una demanda, nadie merece el servicio y trato que me dio este individuo

This place is misrepresent. This place is old full of stains, bed sheets are not crisp, the kitchens are not functional without proper utensils and to top it off , there are cockroaches.

Las habitaciones naaada que ver con las imágenes que tienen en la publicación de su hotel, suuuper chiquitas y la medida de la cama no era la que se ofrece, muy oscura la calle por la noche se siente inseguro para salir a caminar, no me cambiaron de habitación con la cama que hice la reservación y aún así me cobraron.

Don’t expect a lot. You Get what you pay for. The rooms aren’t air-conditioned. I was there in the winter so it wasn’t that hot. Rooms are clean But I didn’t have a power point next to my bed or nightstand. Closest power point was on the other side of the room The concierge is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. 24 hr concierge

The place is okay, and I will return. The room is a suite but mainly for sleeping only. The dining/kitchen isn't well designed and there is very little lighting. The bed was awesome and unlimited hot water in the shower. Very little road noise at night. Staff and mucamas were excellent. Full time door man and front desk.

El lugar es accesible y en una buena ubicación, por el costo es muy aceptable, sin embargo la habitación es muy pequeña y el internet de muy mala calidad. No recomendable para viajes de trabajo.

Great place to stay long term

Cama muy dura, pesimas almohadas y por la noche a las 6 am habia demasiado ruido por una pareja discutiendo a gritos que no pudieron controlar y duro una hora

Se escucha un poco de ruido de la genere que está en los espacios pero, nada excesivo. El lugar está muy bonito, cómodo, acogedor y te puedes trasaldar sin problemas. Totalmente recomendable.
