Excellent hotel option in Plateau! Room had everything you could need, was clean, and you can’t beat the location. Processes were smooth and well-communicated.

Road next to the property was too noisy that the host provide the ear plug to sleep. Worst part was parking and sound proof condition through the wall that I wouldnt reserve the room if I knew there is not parking space and the host recommended me the spot 20mins walking distance. I travel solo so have to carry all the baggages. Also during my stay, I could hear “everything” through walls and it was little too much compared to that of other hotels.

L'hébergement est très bien situé et le prix est abordable .Chambre propre , personnel courtois .Accès à la buanderie , Cuisine complète : vaisselles ,frigo. etc... Je recommande ``L'Unique Stays `` 4119 rue St-Denis Montréal car c'est un excellent endroit !

Nous avons passé un séjour de 13 nuitées dans cette hôtel idéalement situé. La chambre est très propre ainsi que le linge mis à disposition. Une cuisine très équipée aussi bien en vaisselles qu'en ustensiles. Le fait d'avoir du thé, du café à disposition était agréable. L'hôtel dispose également de machines à laver et sèche-linge bien entretenus. Nous étions au deuxième étage, côté rue et pourtant calme, super isolation phonique. Nous souhaitons remercier la dame d'entretien pour sa disponibilité à nous renseigner avec sourire et gentillesse. Les personnes de contact sont également très réactives et à l'écoute. Cet endroit à réellement participé à la qualité de notre long séjour à Montréal.

Location was perfect. We enjoyed the room and it was handy to have laundry. Staff was nice when we needed something and the luggage storage in the record shop was great!

Location is great lots of restaurants cafes and close to a Metro, so getting around was easy No TV in the room, so ensure you have your own entertainment devices. Room is perfect for 2 pple. Everything is new and bed is comfy. Utensils and plates ecc.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour . Le logement était extrêmement propre, au point qu’on avait l’impression d’être les premiers occupants. Tout était parfaitement entretenu et très bien organisé. La présence d’une blanchisserie avec machines à laver et sèche-linge à disposition a aussi été un vrai plus pendant notre séjour, très pratique et appréciable. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Montréal : proche du métro, des restaurants, des commerces et des principaux points à visiter. Tout se fait facilement. Le logement est situé en centre-ville, donc il faut naturellement s’attendre à un peu de bruit urbain, surtout en pleine saison ou à l’ouverture des bars. Mais lors de notre séjour hors saison, cela est resté tout à fait supportable et bien anticipé, avec même des bouchons d’oreilles prévus à l’arrivée. Le seul petit point à noter concerne la taille du logement : pour un court séjour c’est parfait, mais après 10 jours, l’espace peut sembler un peu petit. Cela dit, cela relève davantage de notre durée de séjour que du logement lui-même. En résumé : un hébergement très bien situé, impeccable niveau propreté, pratique et parfaitement adapté pour découvrir Montréal. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Amazing stay, next to wonderful shops and restaurants :)

This place is incredible. The room was beautiful and clean, with a wonderful balcony. The area is fantastic with great coffees and restaurants and supermarkets. But inside the room it’s nice and quiet. The subway is a 5 minute walk. It was heaven.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour . Chambre impeccable et très bien agencée . Proche de toutes commodités . Metro, commerces . Beau quartier . Je reviendrai et je le conseillerai à mes proches .

It was a clean room and it had everything I needed. It was also close to the metro station and bus stops which made it even better! It was a cozy place and it was exactly as the posts! Would definitely recommend this place!

Room was beautiful and looks just like the pictures. Just something to note, there's a lot of stairs so if you have suitcases, it will take some effort to get up to the property and rooms. Still would stay there again though because the property is beautiful and very central in the city
