The hotel was beautiful, rooms were clean, you can sleep really good, and breakfast is perfect. However, the didn’t give me the VIP benefit because they don’t understand how it works and the staff is not friendly.

Un hotel muy acogedor y con buena localización.

Buen dia en la madrugada del 25 d mayo alrededor d la 1am nosotros fuimos asaltados dentro d las instalaciones del hotel en el segundo piso entro un hombre a robarnos por la puerta de cristal del balcon donde me robaron 2900 dolares en total entre americanos y pesos colombianos el trato referente a la situación fue pésimo ellos tienen videos de la persona entrando al hotel y trepando por los balcones el recepcionista se presentó al cuarto pero ya el daño estaba hecho mi esposa lleva 3 dias sin dormir y esta bien afectada nunca habia pasado por eso y lo menos q esperábamos era pasar algo asi dentro d nuestro propio cuarto q ni dentro del cuarto esta uno seguro a ellos se les dejo saber q no teníamos ni dinero para salir d alli y no les importo si no es por un amigo puertorriqueño q nos envio un chófer sabe Dios donde estuviéramos todavia le hago la reclamación a ellos como compañía y me dicen q no son responsables por lo q me paso entiendo yo ustedes como compañía deberían tomar cartas en el asunto pq pierden credibilidad ustedes y llevo años reservando con ustedes q tenia q hacer la gestión a través d ustedes q ellos no tienen ningún seguro y q no son responsables q pienso q no es justo tampoco para ustedes pq ellos son los responsables d nuestra seguridad dentro d sus instalaciones y q conste no es la primera vez alli una mujer policía me lo confirmó entonces si ha pasado varias veces ellos ni la seguridad refuerzan no hacen nada y nosotros somos los q pagamos

El hotel era muy bonito y acogedor, lo que hacía que te sintieses muy agusto. Hay un supermercado D1 cerca. Los desayunos espectaculares. Buena limpieza aunque hay que solicitarla previamente. 100% recomendable

The front desk is open 24/7 and always ready to assist with any requests or needs you may have.

The room was great - the design, comfort of the bed, private balcony. The staff were accommodating and helpful. Could’ve have had a bit more fruit in my yogurt & granola bowl. Close to some great coffee & restaurant choices.

El hotel es acogedor, los desayunos deliciosos y lo más importante, TODOS los que trabajan es este hotel son super amables y serviciales, nos sentimos como en casa. Se puede ir a muchos sitios caminando como al parque el poblado, parque lleras, Provenza y restaurantes por donde quiera. Comida rica en medellin. Nos sentimos seguras en todo momento. Lo único que podría decir es que el cuarto tiene olor a humedad, pero en cuanto prendemos el aire ya no se siente, así que no fue problema alguno.. Lo recomendamos y cuando volvamos (porque vamos a volver) definitivamente seria en Botánica Casa Hotel by Housy Host. Muy agradecidas!

Everything was clean, the breakfast was amazing and the staff were ok. My only concern is about the noise from principal street just in the front of the hotel I know that’s something out of their control but it’s good to know.

Property is well located with some nice restaurants walking distance. Nice little touches like free coffee at reception. Not to like - very noisy, especially if located on the ground floor. No windows and no housekeeping (available at an extra cost) Check in is labouriius and the staff not awfully helpful. Received a message after checking out advising there was a make up stain on the pillow - which is quite normal and doesn't exactly warrant a warning advising an extra cost could be incurred.... I wouldn't stay here again. Especially because other nice enough properties seemed to be available at walking distance.

Habitación espaciosa y muy limpia, el personal muy atento. La habitación necesita un poco más de iluminación porque para mí estaba oscura aún con todas las luces encendidas y sería genial un gavetero para guardar la ropa en gavetas, la tuvimos que dejar en los bultos porque no tiene donde guardarla. Todo lo demás muy bueno. Tuvimos la oportunidad de probar desayunos gratuitos por 3 dias pues iban a implantar el servicio, el último día pagamos porque estaba muy bueno.. Gracias a todo el personal, todos amables y serviciales.

Botanica Manila by Housy Host was a little hotel that made you feel at home. The staff was very attentive, room was big enough for three people and beds very confortable. I really recommend this place.
