While the room was spacious and clean, I found that the ventilation fan in the restroom was not working. When I reported this to the front desk, I was told that nothing could be done about it. Additionally, the door to the washing machine was completely broken, which was a safety concern as it could have fallen on my child. The noise from passing cars was also quite noticeable at night.

Great location, nice pool, good view, reasonably priced. But room was not what was shown in pics & was in great need of updating.

Front desk staff were warm and helpful, housekeeping did an excellent job, the pool area and change rooms were impeccable. My room was quiet and clean.

It was a great stay, and was very convenient being right in Whistler village! The room was clean, spacious, and staff were very friendly and helpful! The only thing was the paid parking, it was $26 a day, and a little frustrating that it was only done in 24hr increments (you couldn’t pay for parking for a day and a half - you had to do the full 2 days (48hrs)). However, that is a very minor inconvenience! Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Whistler, BC!

It’s pretty out dated and not very inviting. Plus the hallways were smelly. The room had broken lamps and the pillows were too firm for my liking. And it’s a bit of a walk to the main village.
