That was a disaster. My family of four couldn’t stay in the room. We had to find an emergency stay, which by itself was a challenge and expensive. The room was not ready for us. No bed sheets or towels. In addition, there were bed sheets clumped up, likely from the previous guest. Also, I was not able to get the AC running cold. AC in Manaus is a must because it is too hot and humid. Communication was challenging and I am requesting a refund which will be another ballgame. I hope Expedia will help me.

Ac wasn’t cold and no parking

Pelo custo-benefício foi boa. Estão faltando apenas alguns pequenos reparos na acomodação, como troca de lâmpadas queimadas, apenas uma funcionando, ar-condicionado pingando água. Para uma diária até que é funcional.

O quanto confortável , mais faltou informações como o café da manhã que não é incluso , faltou sabonete
