I'm travelling frequently and I'm interested to discover new hotels. The hotel itself may be OK and but they are not at all customer friendly. Unfortunately I could not stay there and I will never do. I had trouble to get to Paris which was not my fault but there was a full day of airline strike (only announced 36 hours before departure - no flight at all on my travel date and trains were also fully booked). As soon as I knew this issue I immediately informed both expedia and the hotel. Expedia told me that the hotel refused to postpone my stay or to provide any reimbursement. I called the hotel directly several times and send them messages. After several attempts I finally got in contact with the manager who was not able to propose any solution. I told him that I had managed to get a flight 36 hours later and still would like to stay at the hotel but they told me that I have to pay another full night. I suggested that if the room was different I was ready to pay a supplement or if all rooms are booked to shift to another day. Not accepted, manager not willing to propose anything. Full new reservation required. I had paid and lost over 90 USD / 80 EUR for no service at all. Never again. Manager is not interested in new customers, arrogant behaviour. Sorry it was my mistake to book this hotel.

Boa localização. Perto de estação de metrô. Na primeira estadia, o banheiro do quarto deixou a desejar, no mais, tudo estava dentro do anunciado

La habitación si estaba limpieza al llegar, nada más que había humedad y en el baño olía mucho a drenaje y me salió una cucaracha chiquita y estaba reparando la fachada del hotel por el cual no se ve por fuera donde es.

This is an old property. The elevator and stairway are small and narrow (not convenient for large suitcases). The room is not big, and the bathroom is shower and toilet combined. The noise of opening and closing doors of your neighbors is loud! The staff was friendly, but the owners don't speak English. The location is convenient for public transportation, and pretty safe. There are many Asian stores around.

Hôtel très basique. Présence de petites bêtes dans la chambre, ce qui est vraiment désagréable. Chambre située juste à côté des toilettes communes, avec beaucoup de passages. Draps et literie très vieillissants. Le prix est bas, certes, mais le confort et l’hygiène laissent clairement à désirer.

En janvier 2026, la chambre était propre, le personnel était toujours positif, Je n'ai pas eu de puce de lit, La chambre était refaite à tous les jours. La surprise est que la toilette est dans la douche! :) On a qu'a essuyer la toilette après avoir pris notre douche. Près de l'hotel, il y a restaurant, patisserie, épicerie et métro. Le cimetière Père la Chaise y est tout près assez pour y aller à pied. Le quartier est sécuritaire mis à part une personne qui demande de l'argent à la sortie de l'épicerie.

Photo trompeuse,chambre36.Lavabo sale chrome entartré.Pas de wifi, ni isolation, du bruit toute la nuit, pas dormi, partie dès l’aube. Même pas utilisé la douche.Écœurée !

C’était vraiment sale avec beaucoup de poussière, même les draps avaient beaucoup de taches. Les toilettes avaient des moisissures, des poils en même temps, vu le prix
