オープンしたてで全てが新しくキレイです。キッチンにはナイフからお皿まで塩胡椒も、必要な道具が揃っています。食洗機があり、洗剤も用意してくれてます。とても助かりました。コープが近くにあり自炊するならとてもいいところです。暮らすように滞在できます。フロントではいつも気持ち良いあいさつしてくれます。

Heavenly to have the laundry room with three washers and stacked three dryers. We had no problem using either for a weeks worth of clothes, and off we went the next day with clean laundry on to the next part of our trip.

Better than any hotel in Geneva

Room was large enough for 4 people, with a kitchenette, table and views of downtown. Easy to reach from the train station and walking distance to the waterfront. We highly recommend this hotel!

Lækkert nyt hotel med skøn tagterrasse. Lidt til den dyre ende, men alt var i orden, og det lille køkken var veludstyret. Ikke en finger at sætte og i gåafstand til både søen og offentlig transport 😊

We had two rooms for our family and we had a great time. Cassy at the front desk was an amazing host who went above and beyond in making sure my wife and kids were comfortable.

Great Studio as as base for a few days within walking distance to centre. Free bike rental (single speed!) was perfect to get around even more! Windows are quite soundproof and curtains dark!

Poor Flexibility and Questionable Location I booked a five-night stay with a cancellation policy that clearly allowed changes up to 24 hours in advance. Despite this, the hotel refused to refund one night, showing zero flexibility or willingness to engage constructively (I was 1h late due to the different time zones). Good hotels demonstrate their quality when issues arise: unfortunately, this one failed miserably. Additionally, the location is highly questionable. It is situated near Geneva’s primary (and only) drug addiction centre, and the surrounding area often has groups of individuals congregating for treatment, which can feel unsafe and unsettling for guests. Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing. The hotel seems more focused on retaining your money than providing genuine service. In addition, the management later asked me to remove my review and offered an additional night for a future stay as a form of compensation—an offer that felt more like damage control than sincere customer care. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.
