The rooms were clean. The staff were warm and friendly. The food was delicious. Enjoyed having fresh fruits every morning for breakfast. Cappuccino was awesome.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt regency Panama City. The hotel was so clean, staff very friendly and location was very central. Erika the hospitality manager made our stay extra special with her kindness and willingness to help us with anything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel. You won’t be disappointed! And as a bonus, the price is very reasonable for a 5 star hotel!

Good

The location was perfect for its proximity to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable. The Staff were Friendly, Respectful and Helpful. Not speaking the Language did not prevent us from getting our needs met. We stayed for 10days and enjoyed our time in this Hotel very much. I highly recommend.

Everything

Only one flaw the outdoor pool water was CLOUDY. So we went to the islands to swim instead. Other than that everything else was good.

The Hyatt Regency Panama City exceeded my expectations. The hotel is spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The staff throughout the property were outstanding, professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean and comfortable, while the front desk and bellmen provided exceptional service from arrival to departure. The restaurant and bar offered great food, drinks, and attentive service. The gym was well-equipped and maintained, making it easy to keep up with workouts while traveling. The location is also excellent, with convenient access to many of Panama City’s attractions and business areas. Overall, this is exactly what you would expect from a top,quality Hyatt hotel: clean facilities, excellent service, and a great guest experience. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my first trip to Panama, and I was thoroughly impressed from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the day of my departure. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. While breakfast was somewhat pricey, it was well worth it. The quality was excellent, with a wide variety of options to accommodate different tastes and dietary needs. The accommodations were outstanding. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I look forward to returning to Panama and will definitely stay at the Hyatt Regency Panama City again. It truly felt like my home away from home.

Clean room

Absolutely wonderful hotel. the ambiance is exquisite, it gives luxury. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff are attentive and very pleasant. The only take away was breakfast was just ok but other than that an exceptional experience.

No me gustó que la piscina cierra a las 7pm. Teniendo en cuenta que uno va a conocer Panamá, está por fuera todo el día y quisiera llegar a relajarse en las áreas húmedas. Nunca vi personal allí que me ayudara con las dudas. Nunca encontré el sauna o el turco porque no había a quien preguntarle y no quería sobrepasar lugares que no estuvieran permitidos.

The staff was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They even recommended attractions that weren’t on my original list, which ended up making my trip even better. I loved the complimentary water station in the hotel lobby. The large glass dispensers were always full and available, which was very convenient. The rooms were immaculate and well maintained. The rooms were impeccably cleaned everyday and beds made up like you first arrived. I really enjoyed my stay.
