エアコンの音がうるさい、効きが悪い

受付が遅い。スタッフの対応が悪い。食事中なのに、無断で食器を片づける。衛星テレビが途中で移らなくなった。インターネットが不安定。クーラーの風がベッドに直撃。就寝時にはクーラーを消す必要があり、朝方暑くなり不快であった。 部屋やホテルの施設は4スターとしては優れているが、施設のメンテナンスが悪く、従業員にホスピタリティが欠如。管理運営が杜撰である。ただ清掃は行き届いている。リピーターには好まれないホテルと思う。

バワ建築のホテルで随所にセンスの良さが感じられます。とても綺麗できめ細かい砂の砂浜まで30秒、スタッフもフレンドリーで良い滞在になりました。

部屋のリビングから直接プールとビーチへアクセスできます。ダイニングもバーもオープンでとても移動は楽です。開放的でのんびりとしたホテルです。バワ建築の美しさもあり快適に過ごせました。毎日短時間ですが停電するのと、ビュッフェメニューがほぼ毎日同じなのでそこだけはちょっと気になりました。あと、バスルームに小型ですがゴキブリが…。面倒なので放っておきましたが驚きました。

ジェフリーバワのホテルの中で立地が最高です。ベントータ駅から1分です。コロンボやゴールに電車で行くのに便利です。 ビーチにもすぐに出られます。食事の質もよく、オーシャンビューの部屋も快適でした。

ビーチに面し、部屋も悪くはないが値段が高い割にサービスや従業員態度が大問題。クリスマスイブや大晦日はガラディナーと称して高額別料金が強制された。ガラディナー料理は悪くは無かったがとても値段に見合ったとは言えない。夜のバッフェも一度利用したが非常に不味く特にパスタは最悪。二度と泊らない、誰にも勧めない！！

太陽の高さによってホテルの様子が様々に変化して楽しい。プールもビーチも気持ちよさそうだけど、使用時間に注意が必要。 それでも夜のライトアップされたホテルのプールは綺麗でした。

リニューアルされたのか、部屋はとてもきれいで、広い。 プールも良かった。 食事は80点、可もなく不可もなく。 ベントータに宿泊する機会があれば、また選ぶと思います。

Lovely stay the hotel was very lovely nice staff very clean and lovely pool and grounds. Bentota was very quiet tho no beach bars restaurants nearby accessible from the beach. But there was more in town if you want to venture out. Drawback was the noise from the train its horn sounds intermittently from around 5am but that didn’t seem to bother others as much as us. If you like a beer have a few in your fridge for the moon festivals x

The room was very clean and the staff very helpful. Wonderful view of the beach. Food was excellent.

I wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to the restaurant manager, Pramodha, and all the wonderful staff at breakfast and dinner who made our stay so enjoyable and special. Thank you for going above and beyond to make my dad’s birthday extra memorable — it truly meant so much to us. I would also like to sincerely thank Hansaji for helping me organise important documents for my exams, and Sunil for such a warm and welcoming introduction when we first arrived. Feeding the fish was such a lovely experience and the perfect way to begin our stay.

We had enormous family room Lovely decor and comfortable Pools were great and grounds maintained well Staff were friendly

Great hotel, only drawback for us was there wasn’t a shallow part of the swimming pool for our daughters. But apart from that it was amazing.

I had high expectations of this place but was very disappointed! They charged me extra $80 for no valid reason and the people at the front desk all gave different answers when I asked about the extra charge not knowing what was going on. I need a refund ! I was traveling with family kids and elderly they were inconsiderate of allergy and elderly needs and did not help us with warming our food so we had to go without dinner. The staff was so rude and unhelpful and objected the ladies going into the pool. The rooms bathrooms and fridge were dirty and stained ….. not recommended!

We were welcomed with big smiles and fresh complimentary juices. Our room was upgraded without additional fees. Good variety of breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mendis & Sudish who work at Breeze Restaurant. The hotel and surroundings are very neat, also easy access to the beach. Near to seafood restaurants. Excellent service throughout the stay. Totally recommend!

Good staff but hotel needs more maintenance & renovations in superior rooms at least.. flooring & bathrooms needs more more care of maintenance

Överlag är vi nöjda och det var väldigt avslappnat, vilket var syftet med hela resan. Menyn vid poolbaren behöver verkligen förbättras. Inget av det vi beställde smakade som det skulle
