部屋はとてもキレイでした。 チェックアウトの時にわざわざスタッフさんがきてれて手伝って頂いたあと、下まで荷物を運んでくれてとても助かりました！ありがとうございました！

I stayed here with my two teenagers. We had a room with a bunk bed that could comfortably sleep two people on each level. At first, I was a little concerned because there was no elevator and the room was a bit smaller than I expected, but the staff was incredibly helpful, carrying our heavy luggage up and down for us when we arrived and departed. We also loved the cute kitchen where you can have simple breakfast. It was so convenient, and my son absolutely loved making Nutella sandwiches there every morning! What impressed me most was the incredible flexibility and kindness of the staff. I wish I had gotten their names, but both of them were exceptionally friendly. They even offered to move our laundry into our room once it finished drying so we could head out early without waiting around. It was clear that the staff genuinely enjoy working there and chatting with travelers, which made the atmosphere so welcoming. While it’s not a luxury hotel, it is a wonderfully down-to-earth accommodation that has everything you need. Plus, the location is fantastic, surrounded by many restaurants, shops, bus stops, and subway stations. So small space really didn't matter because we mostly stayed outside and enjoyed the night in Hongdae!

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. He assisted us with our luggage and even monitored the security cameras to see when guests arrived, stepping out immediately to help with check-in and storage. When we returned later to pick up our stored bags in the afternoon, he came out to offer us cold water in the air-conditioned lounge, which can be entered only with hotel key. It was a very hot and humid day, and being able to cool down before our walk to the train station was a wonderful, thoughtful touch. So even though the hotel room is small, I recommend this hotel for short stay, for its cleanness and wonderful staff.

직원분들 너무 친절하시고 시설도 깨끗했어요. 편의점도 가깝고 위치가 홍대 번화가에 놀러나가기 진짜 좋아요. 이 가격에 작지만 전용 화장실과 샤워가 가능한 공간이 있다는것도 큰 장점이고 세심하게 침대 머리 맡에 콘센트랑 전등스위치도 있어서 좋았어요. 캐리어 있으신분들은 계단이라 힘드실 것 같지만 전 백팩이어서 전혀 문제가 안됐어요ㅋㅋ 추천합니다!

Very convinient location for hongdae st. I had a horrible time due to the scent diffuser. It was putting very strong fragrance into the air. I could smell it in the hallway before entering the

Personeel is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en bied hulp aan bij het brengen van de koffers naar de etage (omdat er geen lift aanwezig is). Wel jammer dat het personeel niet de gehele dag aanwezig is voor het bieden van hulp. Maar verder een fijne verblijf!

空港リムジンバス停から徒歩1分と近く、遅い時間のチェックインにも便利でした。 荷物を預けられる場所があり、とても助かりました。 新しくオープンしたホテルなので、すべてが新しく快適で良かったです。
