Nice well priced motel , good clean and comfy. John was an outstanding receptionist !!!!

Air conditioner needs to be looked at as it is very noisey plus it doesn’t cool or heat efficiently.

Check the room has been renovated. Don’t accept room 22, it was dirty, had no toilet roll holder, the toilet seat was too small for the toilet leaving you sitting on the rim, the shower had a cracked door, the mattress was beyond its use by date & there were no hangers in the wardrobe. On a positive note the brand new manger was great and transferred me to another room that had a new mattress & was cleaner

The Toowoomba Motel is okay for an overnight stay. It's in a quiet location and close to cafes and a petrol station. I arrived to find the bins in the room full. I also found the mattress and pillows to be too firm for me, but the linen was good. The tv stations were all pixelated. The staff were friendly and check in and out hassle-free.

Adequate room though a bit tired , no one on the premises but key was left out . Gardens could do with some TLC

This is the second review in two days. It is a very well kept Motel and as I have said before the staff are amazing people. It was so good for what I like and needed I booked another night. That has to tell you something!

This was a nice clean room with all the amenities you need. Spare pillows and blankets, soft towels, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board and I had a balcony to sit and watch the birds and little lizards. Nothing flashy and over the top. Just how I like it. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Walking distance to 24hr service station and a small eatery complex called Eastville opposite the service station. Recommend the Ribs from the Burrito Bar in Eastville Centre.

Parking was easy, staff were good. Mountain views were nonexistent and the grounds and gardens totally unmaintained.

I love staying at toowoomba motel and events centre. The room I had was huge and had a separate spa room! The staff - especially Fiona ate all really friendly and helpful . I highly recommend to everyone.

Outside Area not secure 1 not safe for children Any one from anyother room can entre room If glass sliding door was open. Hot water shower was not hot had to fiddle with taps to get a constant heat flow. On arriving no one at office pressed buzzer Twice no reply had to phone motel and confirm my arrival. When returned at 2.30 pm again had to call for service.

Room needs a pain. I received splinters from the door . Bathroom tiles and showers need redoing . Furniture needs replacing. Mattresses are due for replacement too.
