モデルルームのような部屋でした。 とても広くて清潔で快適、キッチン用品類も必要なものは全て揃っていたので、簡単な料理もできました。 メトロバス乗り場から徒歩1分ほどで、夜歩いてても危険に感じなかったです。 またCDMXに来るならここに泊まりたいです。 洗濯機がなかったので近くのランドリーに行こうかと思いましたが、細かい現金がなく手洗いしましたが乾燥した土地なのですぐ乾きます。 あとExpediaでは170ペソの食事とドリンクがサービス特典がついていると書いてあったのですが、それは無かったです。ホテルなのか、Expediaの問題かは分かりませんが… チェックアウト後に荷物も置かせてくれてありがたかったです。

We were very disappointed with our stay for the following reasons: • The room we were given was completely different from the one we had carefully selected and confirmed months in advance, with no prior explanation. • The air conditioner could not be used because no remote control was provided. • The on-site staff were consistently unfriendly, and even basic English for hotel matters was not understood. • The shower provided hot water for only about 10 minutes per day, which had not been explained in advance. • The shower door did not close properly, causing the toilet area to become flooded after every use. • The towels were frayed and had unpleasant stains, raising serious concerns about hygiene. • Towels were only exchanged if we personally carried the used ones to the front desk, which was never explained in advance. • Bed sheets were only changed if we contacted the owner via WhatsApp, again without any prior notice. • The hotel’s common areas were very noisy during the day due to renovation work in other rooms, with no advance explanation. Almost everything had to be managed through WhatsApp with the owner. Services that should be standard in any hotel were either not provided or not functional, and none of this was explained beforehand. Although the owner’s replies on WhatsApp were prompt, they were often inconsistent or unclear. This forced us into repeated messaging, which was time-consuming and caused significant stress, negatively affecting our stay in M

The apartments were very comfortable and well-maintained. The hotel is in a very vibrant neighbourhood with many restaurants and shops. It is centralized and easily walkable to some larger attractions.

Excellent stay. Great, safe, walkable location in CDMX. Coffee, restaurants, market, street food, fruit vendor, parks all steps outside the door. We'd return in a heartbeat.

It was a lovely apartment in a safe and interesting neighborhood. The staff were kind and helpful.

Excellent location and staff. Very nice apartment nicely fitted out with all the amenties. I would suggest a few more hangers in the closet and luggage rack would be very appreciated.

This is a terrific location, a bit off the beaten path, but close to Condessa and Roma Norte. The staff were very courteous. The room is really a small apartment, and one could stay here comfortably and cook if needed.

Deberian cambiar los vidrios de la habitacion al menos, por unos mas gruesos ya que entra mucho ruido de la calle, y tambien la luz del aire acondicionado no se puede apagar

Room is clean, balcony is great. Staff is wonderful especially Miguel.

The rooms are light, airy and spacious, beds comfortable, WiFi excellent, kitchenette reasonably well supplied for warming up food or very simple cooking. The outdoor balcony is narrow, but nicely set up a drink outside. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Todo muy bien, muy recomendable. Cómodo, limpio, bien decorado y equipado y fueron amables. Lo único "raro" fue que no limpiaron el cuarto al segundo día ¿?
