Overall was an amazing place to visit. We had booked the suites which were fantastic. Shocked to hear place was 9 years old. Felt much younger. Suites private garden was nice, however slightly shocked could not fully use main spa amenities. The biggest down side for us was the bed which we had in the lavender suite. It was awful, very slanted and first night I did not sleep well. Was informed next morning could only rotate the bed. Which staff to there credit did do, however once again issues which suggests to me underlying bed frame was issue. Resulted in two poor quality nights of sleep sadly and similar for my partner which was a big shame given the price point and expectations this is a retreat where good sleep is of paramount importance. Outside of that. We had a fantastic time and the location and scenery was superb.

Would have been nice to have our room cleaned , but maybe they do not work Sundays ? No room clean, towel change or bed made, not the end of the world, but at these prices 100% expected, doors all slam in the property asthere are no door weights to hold any doors, the web site made it look like you had your own hot tub, you do not at all, its shared with all other guests! No food on site after 4pm was a big let down, althouygh saying that breakfast was very good, and really the only thing that was very good, for the type of money comanded by this property I was expecting much much better and more, will not recommend to anyone, and will not return, feel rather let down for the money to be honest.

Hotel spa novíssimo, bem moderno…maravilhoso!

Amazing property, well thought out and furnished with excellent views. Staff were excellent too and you had a really nice lemon cake to share. Only downside was the main spa in the pictures was not included and was an extra £35 per hour, per person and we were told we needed to book 2 weeks in advance! There is a hot tub and sauna in the garden which is nice.
