Very tranquil setting, staff polite and professional, unfortunately breakfast was rushed only had 3/4 of an hour to eat then told that they needed the table, all be it in a very polite way, this was a down side other than that I highly recommend the barn as a stop over

Clean rooms, breakfast from a menu, not buffet. You need to go to an adjacent building to get to the restaurant/breakfast. The rooms are rather basic, no hairdryer. I would have preferred the aircon to be installed away from the bed as it was blowing into it. Nice hotel in general in a good location.

Brilliant property - 10/10. The only issue was noise on the second night.

The friendliest staff (in all areas/roles) and beautifully finished rooms. The food was sinply incredible - breakfast is an absolute must. Comfortable, cosy and the perfect spot for being near the NEC but far away enough to rest and relax after a long day. Not enough space to be able to say how great this place is - even the farm shop is amazing!

View from the room was a fence 2m from the window Had to change rooms due to electric power point hanging off the walll ! Especially as they demand to take your bank details at check in for damages! Also no flavour tea in the room or aby oat milk so member of staff was amazing but had to go down to the cafe down the road to get oat milk. No bag rack to put the bag on when I room so had to put on floor also no iron in the room. Also no phone signal but did have good WiFi Wouldn’t be staying here any time soon! Broken glass was found in the napkin at the restaurant that cut my partner. And member of staff (manager) was very dismissive about it and was like that’s no from here and had real bad attitude even at breakfast in the morning! If this is what 6 months of being open is. What’s it going to be like soon

The room was spotless; the staff, as always, were lovely. Travelled with our dog this time and he enjoyed it too! Very dog friendly. This time we ate in the restaurant upstairs and had breakfast, both meals were good.

Had a lovely stay, the rooms are perfect and very comfy beds. We had a meal in the restaurant which was very good, and breakfast the following morning that was also very good!

A really surprising and pleasant stay, amazingly good sized new and clean room, the most helpful staff and the cafe and restaurant food was top class. People seem genuinely happy to work there - keep up the good work.
