Great location, friendly staff, good car park

Super friendly and helpful staff. Lovely big room, good location for us and nice and quiet. Free carparking and wifi was a plus. Good value for money

Have stayed here twice before as we enjoyed pub and location. We booked for friends and were only informed on arrival that the pub had shut down .We were told we were not contacted because we did not book breakfast. At time of writing pub is still being advertised on their own website.

Not bad, clean room, good staff.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. We didn't interact with any other staff. The hotel was clean and very quiet. We just had a two night stay because we needed to be near the relatives for Christmas, so we just needed a shower and a bed to sleep in, so it was very good value for us. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because it's extremely old and is in really bad need of refurbishment, and because there were no outlets near the bed. My husband sleeps with a CPAP, so we have to have an outlet to plug in to, and none of the bedrooms had outlets near the bed. The receptionist said it was because it was an old hotel, but there were an insane amount of outlets on the opposite wall, so not sure why they didn't put any near the bed.

Just a lovely comfy staym

Plenty of free parking space. Room spacious and clean with good hot shower. I only slept over for 2 nights. so didn,t use restaurant or other facilities.

Good room, on street but quiet. Restaurant on site. Hard to find, behind pub and Google maps gives wrong location.

Convenient walk to Boscombe beach and short drive to Bournemouth beach. Free parking / generous spaces. Breakfast freshky made a lovely staff service at reception as well as dining staff. Quality as far as bathroom facility could do with some work / referb. Shoert walk to co-op store as drinks at bar are overpriced. Overall a good stay.

The hotel is convenient for a one-night stay. The room was in good condition, though a bit old. The price was reasonable, the car park was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
