O Ceará está muitíssimo bem representado em hotelaria. Arquitetura ímpar, paisagismo e decoração minimamente pensada. O hotel é pé na areia, mas ao andar pelos ambientes não se encontra absolutamente nada de areia no chão (daí se tira a limpeza do local). Comida e bebidas excelentes, atendimento e serviços impecáveis. Sem dúvida voltarei várias vezes.

Hotel maravilhoso! Staff sempre pronta pra nos atendermos com cordialidade, o hotel está belíssimo! Quarto confortável, muito limpo, adorei o café da manhã e também o restaurante. A área da piscina e bar deixou a área externa acolhedora. Em breve estarei de volta!

As a tourism hotel I would expect that the staff speak some English.. however there was only ONE person who works here that speaks English, and she was almost never around. There was a lot of confusion and misinformation due to lack of communication. I understand I’m in a non English speaking country but at a hotel in this scale it’s not acceptable that NO ONE speaks English. It’s not really worth the price seeing how disorganized everything is there. One of the staff members made me cry because he was trying to force me to pay for something I told him that I no longer was interested in. At the end he apologized and I didn’t get charged, but it did ruin my afternoon. I only had dinner once at the hotel since my first meal was really bad. The fish seemed frozen, I didn’t eat any of it yet the still charged me, which I thought was crazy. An upscale establishment should have taken my meal off the bill. I also got sick from one of their shrimp snacks at the pool. There was an alarming amount of red ants in my room. The shower was designed poorly, and I almost slipped and fell at every use. There’s so much wood in the bathroom, which also wasn’t a smart idea because I can see it getting gross real fast. The shower curtain was full of stains. The spa treatment I wanted to get, I was told they didn’t offer it….?? The bed was very comfortable. Stunning views from room. I will say the place is stunning and the beach is beautiful. Very enjoyable to look at the kite surfers!

Hotel super novo, projeto e paisagismo maravilhosos, muita brasilidade. Equipe desde a recepção muito acolhedora e sempre prestativa. Em especial os que tivemos contato direto , Fabrício, Andreza , clarina, Raimundo, Gabi , Jackson, Brayan, Camila da limpeza , Paula da arrumação dos nosso quarto, chef Moisés enfim, toda equipe q tornou nossos dias mais especiais. A academia é super bem montada, a sauna maravilhosa. A estrutura toda do hotel tá impecável. Café da manhã excelente!
