The hotel has a good location and it’s close to stores. The area is a bit dangerous due to traffic. The staff is excellent and very helpful, but sometimes forgot to send us clean towels. The room was a bit dirty and we found some socks under the bed that weren’t ours. A few thing in the room were dirty, but the rest was clean. All windows a shut for security reason, so the room is very dark. Breakfast had very limited selections, but the food was good. A few things broke down that made the experience a bit uncomfortable. The hotel has a lot of potential. It just needs a little love.

Wouldn’t stay here, motel Vibes, super small rooms, not well kept.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Comfortable bed nestled in a cozy and clean room. All the staff that I encountered were courteous and helpful. The only drawback for me was that the tv channel selection wasn’t very good.

El. area no esta acta para familia ,temiapor la seguridad de mi esposay la mia

Dos semanas antes reservé vía Expedia, cuando llegué al hotel para hacer el check in me indicaron que la habitación que había reservado no estaba disponible, que ellos no le dan prioridad a las reservaciones no pagadas; aunque ya hayan sido confirmadas por el personal del hotel. Pesimo servicio al cliente, es injusto.

A pesar de tener esta reservación no me aceptaron en el hotel porque estaban llenos. De que sirve esta reservación??
