Good hotel for family stay

We have booked triple occupancy for 1 night they've given 2 beds with a cot and one rolling mattress. Which is very poor and difficult. The next day morning had severe back pain and was unable to walk.

Clean room, lovely service, friendly and professional staff. Had a pleasant experience overall.
