どこをとっても素晴らしい滞在でした！ 今回は離れに宿泊しましが、源泉掛け流しの露天風呂もお部屋も清潔で完璧でした。 大浴場も素晴らしかったです。 何よりお食事に感動しました！器も素敵でした。どのスタッフさんの対応も親切でした。 非の打ち所がない完璧なホテルという印象です。

Our stay was one of the highlights of our time in Japan. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, refined, and thoughtfully designed — a perfect contrast to the busy pace of travel. The property itself is beautifully maintained, blending traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern comfort. Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly peaceful, with a layout that made it easy to relax as a family. Traveling with a young child, we especially appreciated how accommodating and welcoming the staff were — attentive without ever being intrusive. The onsen experience was exceptional. The baths were serene, well-kept, and never overcrowded, making it easy to fully unwind. The atmosphere — especially in the evening — was quiet and restorative, exactly what you hope for in a stay like this. Dining was another highlight. The meals were carefully prepared and beautifully presented, showcasing seasonal ingredients and a level of detail that really stood out. Even with a child, the staff made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the sense of balance — privacy, service, and atmosphere all come together effortlessly.
