街の中心部へは徒歩２０分位で、散策にちょうど良く、静かな住宅街に位置し、又、車でのアプローチも容易な場所にあります。五階のルーはバルコニーからのビューは、クスコの情感に浸ることができて、とても落ち着きます。

Excellent apart-hotel, just a 10-15 minute walk (or sub-10 Soles Uber ride) from Plaza de Armas. Highly recommended.

Very clean hotel but our room was a bit small. Staff were super-helpful. While we went to Salkantay Trek, they kept our baggages. I loved breakfast as well with a lot of options. Also, since we stayed in July (in winter), I appreciate that we had a small space heater in our room. 20 min walk to Plaza de Armas.

Rooftop was a big bonus, we were four families and had great time on the roof playing cards when the thunderstorm was happening…breakfast was great!

When we booked this, we were not entirely sure what the quality would be like, but it surpassed our expectations. Hotel staff was friendly and assisted us with a variety of issues such as ordering cars allowing my father to wait in the lobby due to his bad back. They could not have been more helpful. It's also extremely reasonable for the value.

The hotel is very clean, and the roof top have excellent view of the city center.

Staff and breakfast were the standout highlights, and the location was solid, too. The only downside was the room key setup. Instead of keycards, they use traditional keys and ask you to leave your key at the front desk whenever you go out. I understand the reason, since it helps prevent lost keys, but it can be a bit awkward when coming back late. There is someone at the front 24/7, but if I came back around 2 or 3 a.m., I sometimes felt bad waking them up. Also, the Wifi was frustratingly bad. They were very thoughtful and often asked if I had an early tour or trip so they could be prepared, which was appreciated. But as a solo traveler who likes making spontaneous plans and staying out late, the setup felt a little cumbersome at times, almost more like a well-run Airbnb than a traditional hotel. That said, the staff were lovely, the breakfast was fresh and excellent, and I think this would be a great place for a family stay. Full context, I had the smallest / cheapest room, so no comments on the room itself."

Extremely kind and helpful staff. Room was clean, beautiful, with comfortable bed. There is a beautiful terrace to chill at night. Breakfast was really good too.

The hotel is located in a very quiet safe area a short walk from a busy street with many food options. It is also fairly close to many attractions. The room was very comfortable. I had no complaints. The breakfast provided was excellent with many options. I would certainly return here.

We stayed here New Year’s Eve and new years night - the hotel staff provided a welcome champagne bottle and appetizers. Cusco’s main plaza NYE is like NY Times Square - so fun with a stage show and everyone wearing yellow! A nice restful sleep here before taking the train and bus to Machu Picchu. Breakfast was very good. Would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful room, lovely patio, great lobby staff the lobby staff was so helpful with our 4am picup. I recommend to everyone!

Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was very good. Made a breakfast bag for days I needed to leave early. I was told by a receptionist that I can take imperial bus two block from the hotel and go to the airport. The bus actually didn't go to the airport and I had to take Uber. I waisted about one hour of my time in the bus. Later I checked with the AI and apparently there is no bus that goes to the airport. Please correct me if I am wrong, so other guests won't face the same problem.
