Lauren was incredibly helpful at the front desk and the facility amenities, such as the hot tub, fire pits and cafe, were wonderful.

As has been stated in other reviews, rooms are on the smaller side but if you are looking for a place to stay for a short time it is perfect. Very clean , modern look to the rooms , great staff , good location to town and highway and it caters to people with dogs.

Room was tiny and without dresser or closet, but it was clean. Staff was excellent and made the stay very pleasant inasmuch as the Stoke Chair was closed the entire time I was here.

The room was small but there were lots of hangars for drying ski gear. The hot tub worked well and everything felt new and clean. Overall, we had a great time here and I would highly recommend this hotel especially for the price.

Room was clean, beds comfortable and recently renovated. Stayed in a queen plus bunk bed room and it was tiny, not nearly as large as you would expect for the price you pay. Other than the room size it was good.

Staff was excellent. Rooms were remodeled for form not function. There was no dresser or place to hang clothes (although hangars were provided in a cubby for some reason). I stayed here for 7 sleepless nights due to the trains at 3-4am vibrating the building and their screeching brakes.

Good spot for a stay in Revelstoke. Located at the north end of town about 1.5 km from downtown. Rooms were basic but had everything needed for my stay. Might be a little tight for a couple (no closet or drawers for storing clothes). The hot tub was solid after a day of skiing. Free parking was helpful for getting to/from the mountain.

Staff were friendly and polite, room was clean and neat, only complaint was room is very small and tight for 3 people.

The rooms were clean but they are very small. The hotel is next to a road and railroad so it is noisy!
