MussCafeという人気が併設されており、カフェの営業時間はカフェを突っ切ってホテルへ入ります。カフェの営業時間外のみ、ホテルへのダイレクトドアが使えます。 チェックイン時にはカフェの店員さんがクッキーを持って来てくれます。9室のみの小さなホテルなので、スタッフもすぐに顔を覚えてくれて、何より便利なのがWhatAppでメッセージをいつでもやり取りできるので、ちょっとしたとこでもすぐに質問できて助かりました。 部屋は窓が小さくちょっと暗いものの、清潔で快適でした。ウェルカムフルーツにリンゴが置いてありました。バスルームにバスタブはありませんがレインフォレストシャワーで水圧もお湯の出も問題なく、アメニティはロクシタンでタオルはフワフワでいい香り。広々した造りになっています。 部屋に冷蔵庫はありませんが冷やしたい、凍らせたいものがあればフロントで対応してくれるそうです。 建物内には植物が溢れ、素敵なパティオとテラスがありバーも併設されています。宿泊者だけにハッピアワーが17時半から1時間設けられています。 朝食付きプランでしたが、朝７時半から営業するカフェのコンチネンタルブレックファストをカフェ内か、ホテルのパティオでいただきます。カットフルーツのヨーグルトがけ、パン、ジャム、フレッシュバター、コーヒーのセットですが、ツアーに参加するため朝食をとる時間がなかった日は、テイクアウト仕様にしてもらえました。 一点面倒なのは、チェックイン時に5000ペソのデポジットをクレジットカードで支払うことです。チェックアウト時に返金処理をしてもらうのですが、ちゃんと返金されたかどうか自分で口座をチェックする必要があります。即時返金ではなく大体翌週に返金があるようです。

Me encantó Cada Antonieta. Lugar tranquilo, agradable y bello. El servicio al cliente fue muy bueno de parte de todos, Alejandra muy servicial. Nos quedamos en la habitación 4 y es amplia, limpia, silenciosa y con una pequeña terraza. Lo recomiendo.

Excellent athmosphere, customer service, terrace for meals, fabulous room. Rooms only have windows to the court, and I am not sure if there is an elevator. overall, a fabulous stay. Great customer service from Belinda

The entire staff from the hotel, the café and the restaurant are the best!!! Helpful, super friendly. Always asking you if you need anything and if you need recommendations on what to do they will definitely with that.

El lugar está muy bien y el personal es muy amable y eficiente. Solo el colchón y las almohadas están muy duros. Mejorando eso sería perfecto.

An oasis in Oaxaca with the most attentive and friendly staff you can imagine. Both the rooftop and the coffee bar serves 10/10 delicious food and drink from you wake up till you go to sleep. Great selection of Mexican natural wine! Rooms are super spacious, well decorated and feels very private and quiet. Would go back to Oaxaca to stay at this hotel again. Could not recommend more!

El hotel es como colonial, comida saludable y variedad, muy rica, las habitaciones limpias y con una buena ubicación.

Classy courtyard. Nice receptionist who checked me in. Overall a solid spot.

La atención en el hotel es de excelencia, de igual forma el servicio en su cafetería. El hotel está ubicado sobre una avenida en el centro que permite pasear por muy buenas opciones de paseo.

I was so impressed with this hotel. Don’t let the size fool you. It may be a small hotel but it is big on service. To say that the staff there is helpful and accommodating is an understatement, they go above and beyond. I’ve stayed my fair share of hotels, big and small. Casa Antonieta feels luxurious with so many personal touches. From our interaction with the wonderful staff members to all the little details the hotel put into the hotel suite itself that makes the experience feel very personal. I would stay here again the next time we are in Oaxaca. As far as the location of the property, it’s the best. We are big on walking everywhere so this location allowed us to walk to several quaint barrio like Jalatlaco, Xochimilco, Reforma and so on.

This was a nice boutique hotel with clean rooms. I enjoyed the terrace. The hotel could do a better job arranging airport transfers. I nearly missed my flight on the way out.
