The room was fine. The hotel advertises services, but nothing works. The workout room was minimal and it was locked. The pool was closed for service. The sauna did not work for over a week. They use facial recognition (instead of keys) to enter the hotel and other spaces. That didn't work the first day either. Save your money. Stay in a cheaper place with just a bed and a bath-- that's all you'll get here.

No soap no handsoap in the flat … not even something to wash your hands or take a first shower . Absurd.

Nice location . Good apartment But : - reception : made me feel like I was disturbing them … unhelpful … staff was so unhelpful I almost thought it was one of those tv shows with hidden cameras - the apartment comes without hand soap, soap, shampoo … imagine: you arrive after a long fight and you can’t even was your hands or take a first shower … need to make an inventory of what’s missing them go to a super market (if open!) to buy all these necessities … absurd. Wrote to the owner … he was totally unapologetic. Too bad they could have a gem … but they do these small things that turn it into an unpleasant experience

Exceed my expectations… Great apartment

The host Leonardo really made everything very smooth. It's very challenging find good service in Rio de Janeiro so at Anna Suites Arpoador Leonardo really exceeded my expectations. Extremely helpful and on time. I will definitely comeback.
