ブリスベンセントラル駅から平坦ではない道を10分ほど歩くので、重い荷物持参だと少し長く感じるかもしれません...アパートメントはWoolworthやSUBWAYなどが入った小規模ショッピングビルのすぐ隣で、食料品や日用品の調達にはとても便利です。 アパートメントの建物自体はとても古い感じで、全体的に薄暗いです。レセプションのスタッフは皆親切でした。ただ、やはり建物と部屋のインテリアがかなり年季入ってます。部屋に入ってまず気になったのが、カーペットのシミ。とにかくシミが目立ちました。あと、ソファもかなり年季入ってまして、バスルームもかなり古びてます。滞在自体何か問題があったわけではないですが、また来たいとは正直思えませんでした...タオルの交換はなく、トイレットペーパーやバスアメニティなど、最初のミニマムセットがなくなると、自ら購入し補充する必要があります。

14時チェックインだと分かっていましたが到着が早朝だったので荷物を預かってもらおうと思って尋ねたら一時間後に掃除ができるのでと早くにお部屋を用意してくれました。おかげで部屋でゆっくりしてから安心して出かけられました。駅からも近くスーパーも隣で景観も良く静かで最高のアパートメントです。また次もお願いしたいです。

最初の鍵の受け渡しのみでホテル従業員とは顔を合わす事が無く、2日目にトイレの電気スイッチを入れたら、突然ヒューズがとんで真っ暗。携帯の明かりで配電盤を探して何とか明かりが復元。事前のチェックをしてください。トイレットペーパーが １巻のみ、予備を置いて下さい。 駐車場の無いなら提携パーキングを用意して下さい。なんだか騙されたようで斬です。

受付時間外はスタッフがいないのが難点だけれども、お部屋が広くて可愛くて綺麗でWifiも使えてとてもよかった。

ウールワースを階下に持ちあさも６時からの焼きたてパンやデリカ、生活日用品も揃っているので本当に便利でした。クイーンズストリートまでも徒歩数分で行けるしシテイーセンター派なら文句なしです。５階のプールもリラックスできる憩いの場です。

駅から近いので、重い荷物を持っていても、余裕で徒歩で行けます。 フロントのスタッフもとても親切丁寧に応対してくれ、英語が不慣れな私でも安心しました。 ２ベッドルームを利用しましたが、空間を実に有効にしてあり、モダンで清潔な落ち着けるリビング・ゆったりくつろげる寝室・温度調節が簡単なシャワー・乾燥機付きの洗濯機・ガラス張りのベランダから眼下に見下ろすブリスベンの景色に感激しました。 隣の敷地にウールワースがあるので、いつでも気軽に買い物に行けてとても便利です。 モートン島に行く前日に一泊しただけですが、できれば滞在中はずっとここに泊まりたかった…。　ファミリーでブリスベンに滞在するなら、絶対にお勧めのホテルです。

Room wasn’t the cleanest. Building parking difficult to get into and very tight

Always a good stay however the mattress was dented uncomfortable on the right side. I only slept on the left side as it was firmer and more comfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel apartment 5 nigh and wanted to share my experience. While the location was convenient, there were several issues that detracted from my overall stay. Condition of the Apartment: The apartment is in need of some renovations. The carpets are heavily stained, and the couches are also showing signs of wear. The dining chairs were uncomfortable, as I could feel the timber coming through. Air Conditioning Issues: The air conditioning unit was not functioning properly; it leaked water and the air levels were very low. I reported this issue to the receptionist and requested someone to check it, but unfortunately, no one came to address the problem. Overall, I believe that with some attention to maintenance and updates, this could be a much more pleasant place to stay.

Flexibility with check in and check out.

Bathroom clean enough but warn and grotty. Bedroom didn't have AC and lounge unit didn't reach that raf! Check in and out process missing instructioons. Otherwise the place is fine but not good

Not the cleanest apartment I have ever stayed in, but good location to Brisbane wharf and activities.

Unfortunately we vacated this property after one night because of the noise level. If you're ok with noise, the apartment is quite spacious and was 'ok'. However, it is important to note that there is an ambulance station just below the apartments so we had sirens most of the night. There is no double glazing or anything on the windows, so you could hear everything. Whilst we have been trying to resolve our vacate with the property, we would not stay here again and would not recommend it if you're after a quiet stay! If noise doesn't bother you, the rest is average and acceptable. Really disappointed with our experience and the lack of adequate description to let people know of the close proximity to a headquarters for emergency vehicles that has them coming and going at all hours.

Very nice appartment with separate bedroom and livingroom. The best equiped kitchen I have yet seen. Loved the washingmachine for fresh travel clothing. But there was no cleaning within the 6 days I stayed there and you had to take out the trash yourself, and more or less clean the room before departure

The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Brisbane, its in a great location to the city centre within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants, the service you get from reception on arrival and departure is first class. Thanks
